I love the little touches with this drama, e.g.
... that our FL DOES snack when she's experiencing stress ... so different from all the "fake" FL pining and refusing to eat when they are stressed.
Again .... spraying her perfume in the ex-BFs car because she KNOWS it will irritate his fiance ... lol
... and her stating she's vindictive towards people who hurt her loved ones ... Dang!
... and she finally found something she could cook for him!!! KML

Maybe she's just young.

Question: is the second couple the main couple's brother and sister? Do they get together in the end?.

I think with recent developments in China we're more likely to see them stick to that original date, to take advantage of Chinese New Year rather than get into the melee that seems likely after the period of mourning.
But I guess we'll see if anything happens next week.

Luo Yunxi has a hard-earned reputation for portraying these roles superbly. I encourage you to give him a chance here - I don't think you will be disappointed.

I suspect President Jiang's death will be more influential in slowing the release of end of year dramas, since everything will be low key or just not happening until the end of this week. However, if they weren't intending to air before Dec 15 they may actually be better off coming off a dry spell for dramas....

Anybody still thinking this will come out before the end of the year?

I really felt like she lost her #$%@ mind at that point. I also find it sad that her redemptive arc didn't really show her recognising this and making up for it to her loved ones. I'm actually a little scared for any kids she may have.

Ironically, he was the character I liked the most throughout. I never did understand why he was so hot for the FL, but other than that he was the most decent character in the entire drama.

The kiss scenes work, though, except for the one in the finale. He has been so awkward all along that it feels appropriate for him to be a bad kisser.

... wow... this was pretty good. I enjoyed the development of the relationship and the pacing was very bood. Production quality was better than average as well. Very much worth the time. Looking forward to seeing it again when it's amalgamated to a 'full' version.

They combined the entire series into one long video. This seems to be SOP for Tencent and other web channels these days; the short episodes collectively make up 1 - 4 "movie length" segments of 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
