If Haishi becomes the empress, how is she gonna have a happy ending with Jianming? As if the emperor will say "I will let my empress marries my best friend". Or will he fake their deaths after the last battle, so they can live outside the palace as commoners? But as an empress she won't be allowed to go to battle 🤷‍♀️

In the trailer, there's a woman in red dress holding a sword stained in blood. Is it Tilan? Her attire is different. If that's Tilan I wonder who did she stab? General Tang? Haishi? Or the emperor? But the emperor has a baixi 🤔 I don't know which way the story will go. From the novel spoilers, Tilan left the palace with general Tang. If the emperor does fall for Haishi in the drama, then this ending is the best for Tilan. At least it gives me hope they both will be alive and have happy ending 👍🏻

I don't read the novel, so I don't know about Zhuoying, but I hope he will kill his twin brother and co and becomes the king with Zheliu as his queen 😚

This drama should be called Delusional for You. The level of delusion is amazing that it really tests your patience and sanity. I started watching this drama bcs it's on wetv and I was curious to see Zeng Shunxi again. Our couple is extremely smart, has great mutual trust and so lovey dovey. So rare to see this kind of couple. The second and third couples are cute too. Up until ep 18 it was so good, and it fell down right at ep 19 onwards 🙄

Gao Miaorong rose to become the female lead, scheming left and right. Her delusional buddy, Zhao Xiao and delusional master, Han Tongxin are the real villains in this drama and they have the ability to make you want to flip your screen 🤦‍♀️ the plots that were built in the beginning were thrown to the trash bin along with the writer's brain.

1. They should've investigated the truth behind the village massacre.
2. Qing An and Li Qian should've worked together to overthrow Qing Tai with the help of Baoning's weapon invention.

What's the use of that book and Baoning's mechanic hobby? Baoning could work with Siqin to make weapons to kill Qing Tai, but no. Li Qian was busy dealing with Zhao Xiao's mess rather than looking for clues. It became absurd when our couple suddenly became stupid and forgot their mutual trust bcs of the delusional troops.

Zeng Shunxi and Ju Jingyi couldn't save this mess. Some people commented on the low budget. Perhaps the budget went to Baoning's wardrobe 😅 I suggest you to run away and forget this drama for your mental health 😂

I skipped ep 31-37 so I don't know what happened to Jiang Lű, Baoning's cousin. Why did he not appear again?

She's beautiful already even without that thick makeup. I really don't understand the purpose of the vampire look in every drama.

I think since the South Palace incident, the emperor started to let Tilan in (to his heart). But it's still ridiculous how he harrassed her to make her suffer just like him 🤦‍♀️ also as if he will never let anyone enters his heart bcs he doesn't want to forget Zizan. Meanwhile it would be nice if Haishi can become the emperor's trusted friend.

Tilan's expression said it "why did you always have to compare me with Zizan?" She's sick listening to those words. She knew she's not as good as Zizan, that's why she's been struggling just to survive and endure all the harrassment.

I knew about Novoland series for some time, but I have no interest in watching any of them until I saw Yang Mi and William act in it so I've been expecting this for long. I'm not really a fan of Yang Mi, but I like her a lot. Tbh I was shocked seeing Yang Mi playing teenage girl clinging over her shifu. I never like this kind of FL, but I kept thinking that her character will change so I bear with it. Once again if it wasn't bcs of Yang Mi I would skip this one too.

Be prepared for a different ending from the novel too, just in case 😅

Excuse my rudeness. We all know princesses/noble ladies from ancient time couldn't get what they wanted. If their parents were reasonable, they could marry the men they love, but most of them were used as tools for family's sake or political issue. Tilan was raised by learning neccessary skills to attract the emperor and was sent for political issue. She knew she's not wanted by the emperor, and once tried to commit suicide, but the emperor stopped her. She had no other choice but to at least stay alive and continue to accept all the abuse. Another reason, she might sense there is kindness in his evil doings and she is trying to understand him.

As to why she has to sacrifice herself, she is a tool for her country. The only way to protect her country is to beg the emperor. But since the emperor hates her, she had to be Zizan to kick his soft spot. She might think it would go well 🤦‍♀️ This plot also happened in other dramas I watched. The princess's home country was in danger so she begged the emperor (her husband) to send army to help, but he refused.

Me too. I'm more focused on Tilan actually. Bcs no matter what the direction will be, Haishi is loved and supported by many, most likely gets the love from the emperor too, but Tilan is fighting alone.

I've never seen such a miserable character since Hua Qiangu from Journey of Flower. At least Qiangu is loved and protected by many, but Tilan is literally alone (don't count the maids and General Tang bcs they can do nothing to save her).

Tilan is too kind and I hope she stays that way. I don't want her pure soul gets stained in black. Imagine: the emperor wanted her dead, he treats her like shit, she's all alone in the palace, no support, no one to talk to, no one protects nor loves her. She's too obedient and vulnerable. I would run away if I was her.

Even though I like seeing the emperor and Tilan's scenes, I still can't give blessings to them bcs he treats her like shit since the start as if her existence is a crime. The emperor is a time bomb for her and her life is hanging on a thread. He must redeem his wrongdoings to her or just let her go to general Tang. At least he loves her.
