Howard wouldn't really work too since his korean counterpart is way to attractive (I know, a weird reason) and not "slimy" enough. I mean, the main "point" of Howard is that he's a womanizer that wants to bed everything with 2 legs and breasts but never succeeds, cause he does it in a way that makes women want to take a shower. With Park Seo Joon I have the feeling he could say anything and women would still throw themselves at him.

Yes, and when they drop I will review them too and maybe revise my review of this movie. But for the moment, I stand by this review - even if it was just part of a story, it was still badly paced and not really all that enjoyable on its own. They can't expect me to wait years for more parts just to enjoy parts of the story. I hope you know what I mean. I am not saying that it is a bad movie or that the story is bad, the exact contrary actually. I really think the story is super-interesting. It's just that this part, as a "stand-alone" (since there is no sequel available yet), is kind of left hanging in mid-air
I really love the original show and that's why I am dropping this drama (for now). I watched the first 2 episodes and while it might be enjoyable if you have never seen the original show, it is just too far removed from what Leverage stands for if you know the original. None of the characters have the impact that Nate, Hardison, Parker, Eliot and Sophie had and that's a damn shame (apart from them not being able to portray even one of them 'right').

Can't say anything about what happens after episode 1 yet but remember the first heist they did? Where they stole back the airplane blueprints? Now imagine the same heist but Hardison only does tech stuff and Parker does everything else (Parker & Eliott) while Nate does the masterminding. Also, only Nate gets arrested instead of it being a weird "team-building" experience for them

Only talking about Episode 1: I agree and I haven't even seen all the characters yet. Only saw "Parker", "Nate" and "Hardison" but I am already disappointed. Also, despite having the same runtime that the original first episode had, they couldn't get in what happened in the original. They apparently had to split it up, seeing how episode 1 ended with "Nate" getting arrested. I agree that I might have liked it if I had never seen the original
