To watch or not to watch? That is the question. With 56 episodes and 2 episodes per week, I may need to restrain…
In my opinion, yes, because you still haven't quite reached the turning point of the story yet. I would suggest that you give it a good 5-6 more episodes and then decide if you like the pace or not and decide if you want to continue to watch the drama.
Long C-dramas are originally quite draggy and take a longer time to get into the story (which is why I was so surprised at the quick pace of the first 4 episodes of Lost Love in Time).
I'm enjoying it a lot so far. I really like how the story line is quickly paced.
But only 4 episodes of the 56 have aired so far, so it's probably too early to tell.

I'm actually enjoying this more than even Princess Agents, even though only 4 episodes have aired... I would definitely wait for the drama to finish airing to watch it. Waiting for the episodes is torture! XD
Don't know whether the banter between CQ and YY is more amusing or the banter between CQ and XC. Also, the…
If anyone could tell her about her past, it would be the new concubine. But I don't know how it will develop to that point just yet because the concubine has mixed feelings about whether to talk to CQ or not.
The sass she dishes out to YY is so amusing! "You're quite pretty as well. You could possibly be his type too" (or something along those lines! XD Well, she spent 3 whole years hating him and thinking that he tried to kill her, so I think even if she did like the guy, it will probably take some time for her to adjust.
having never read the manhwa, i am still hopeful and excited for this drama to air that being said, if it ends…
If it is really about the two of them after So Ah reincarnates. I don't think there is going to be that much hate, as it is the story of what happens after the manhwa.
Some of the FMV are done so well that it's scary. XD
Sometimes I can't even tell if they are real or not unless I recognize the scenes they took the clips from.
WHY DID YI HUAN HAVE TO DIE JN THE END ACTUALLY WHYYYYY!!!!!!!
That's true. It's only an assumption that she dies.
I feel like the only way she could be killed is that if her father was the one who killed her because he cannot accept the fact that his Ming princess would become a Qing concubine. Betrayal of their Ming dynasty stuff. But that's probably unlikely.
If they do make a second season, I hope that they have the same actors.

Also, the concubine knows CQ's mother!?!

I think I read the wrong page/line for him when adding the cast. (Or I was half asleep!) XD
I'll fix it.
