Since I don't agree Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938 is the top horror drama, Revenant is actually #2 in the genre. I don't watch it, or I would've probably written a recommendation note about it.

Agree. Usually for a modern Cdrama 24 episodes is enough, reaching 40 episodes usually with fillers. But for historical 40 is about right, cos the sources (novels) usually have complicated stories. But when I saw historical dramas have 2 parts, suddenly I lost interest, lol.

Their visual is also amazing during the Joseon arc. I hope they'll be in a sageuk drama together in the future. Not with the usual nobleman ML/low-status FL, tho. That trope is so boring.

Last year I finished my old PTW list that I made since 2020 so I watched a lot of older dramas, too. Now that I cleared it up, I don't think I will watch that many dramas anymore. You can easily beat me this year! 😉😉😉

Probably when the parents gave the pic back to the grandfather that's why he/SH group has it, to connect the mysteries between Joseon and modern times. Although doesn't make sense cos her parents should've kept the painting. But then it would be lost in modern times or Midam Lee should have it if she has the diary.

According to TrueId, Prae is a modern-day country's top internet seller with signature golden hair. One day, she is transported back in time during the reign of King Rama V or 1889. Re: #5 Thanks for the rec. I always have difficulties watching Jdramas because finding subs is so hard. The only J subbers I watch in a heartbeat are irozuku and blitz. The other fansubbers you gotta sign up, use torrent, etc etc. Too complicated for me, lol.

Idk... it was not there either in the Life genre when I first made the draft, but several days before the end of the 2023 someone suddenly added it to that genre. The dramas I got before are Meet Yourself (Cdrama) and The Good Bad Mother (Kdrama). I watched the first one, so I knew it was a great slice-of-life drama.

I agree with you about Flower of Evil vs Moving. We can be creative out-of-the-box (aka not using the usual trope) with modern fantasy drama. I like historical fantasy as well (like AOS, and the currently-airing Love Song For Illusion).
