So Zhang Yue did die. Han Yu is alive and reunites with Qian Qian. Yuan Bao and Qian Qian are both pregnant. Yuan Bao delivers a baby girl and Qian Qian a baby boy. Many years later Yuan Bao found her daughter playing with a fox (a real Samoyed dog, not a CGI). Then the soul/heart fruit appears, and so is Zhang Yue. The family reunited and there is some family/couple time. The end.

I don't understand why they didn't just put the special episode as a regular episode, thus Ep 31, as the length is the same as the others, and it continues when Ep 30 is left. They already filmed it before submitting it for NRTA review cos I saw something in the wrap photo that only showed up in the special episode: (spoiler alert)

So I assumed for the Chinese censorship agency NRTA approval that humans and non-humans cannot be together so the myths are just folktales and superstitions. Xianxia dramas with this type of romance tend to have a SE or OE. C'mon, it's just entertainment, viewers should be able to distinguish between fantasy and realism. But for Ep 1 they cut the introduction before Ep 1 starts you need to watch it somewhere else.

Not different, but MangoTV Youtube cut the opening theme and plays straight the beginning of every episode. Ep 1 has a 8+ minute length of introduction into S2 put before the opening theme. Youtube cut it, so it confuses viewers cos we have to watch the intro to understand what's going on.

When I watched at MangoTV Youtube I noticed Ep 1 is like 8+ minutes shorter than the rest 7. So I looked it up in a kisskh.co (unofficial). It's an intro before Ep 1 started, with a recap of S1 and how the group met again. The sub is better in MangoTV Youtube, but at least we have an idea of how they end up with Ning Ling Ge.

LOL... I read a lot of comments here and on GMMTV Youtube channel saying how amazing the chemistry between Win and Prim is, although it's not a romance drama. Then let's write to GMMTV asking to make a romance drama with them as the main couple in 2024. 😊😊😊
