When I was looking up info on him, there was actually an interview and the interviewer (who is Thai) said that he hasn't heard anything about Mike for years. I think what he meant is Mike's works in home country Thailand. So he has gone international since 2015, like you said after Kiss Me. His Chinese Weibo is active, and now he's in Hollywood, lol. I can say many people who gave him likes/hearts on MDL knew him first from watching Chinese dramas/movies he is in.

Before writing this article I didn't know that Gun was a child actor, a super cute one, too! <3 I put two pics of him because they showed different kinds of acting (the cute one and the challenging one as an abused teenager) If I put Bilkin or PP into this list, I think there will be a lot of protests from MDLers who are fans of the actors in this list or even others. They each still has less than 1000 hearts/likes. Meanwhile there are many more Thai actors who got 1000+ but still below Bright ;D

No all of them. It's the same with other country's drama they have cold and warm MLs. But I picked this one for article because the ML is nice so it's good for beginners. It just happened his role is a playful/mischievaous guy. He had also played as a villain in another drama, I forgot which one. If you want to watch another expressive ML you can try "It's Simply You" with Nadech Kugimiya. He's also comical there.
