People who commented that Alan Yu was stiff or did not have chemistry with Fair Xing in this drama apparently dropped it before or did not see the scenes where they were at the crazy doctor's place. They were sooo cute together there, like in their honeymoon. Just the two of them, no worries about politics and all, just focus on their healing and relationship.
Having read your article before it was published, right away my eyes caught the green poster of your personal rec Kikujiro. Not a fan of gangster movies, definitely this is my pick due to its genres. Usually I don't watch many Jmovies/Jdramas because I cannot find subs even raw, but luckily someone was kind enough to link where to watch it subbed. So I watched it after finishing a drama. I expected it turns to melo due to the storyline, but the movie ends with a hilarious and touching way. What a great way to end a story! I admired Beat Takeshi directed, wrote the screenplay, edited, and acted as the main role here! What incredible talents he has! I put a pic of the funny bunch in my profile for their camaraderie!
Wow this is such an incredible article! Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort to go back and read…
Yes please do, though digging thru older articles can be tedious but there are lots of buried gems! Who knows some of them will give you ideas to write ;D
Oooh, such an awesome article! I remember reading some of them. I'm going to revisit them over the weekend. I…
Since you wrote you read some of them before, now that I looked your profile you have with MDL from the beginning!! You must've remembered these articles and more to come in the next parts. Too bad we new members (I just joined MDL last year) missed them! If not because of looking for reference for my second article, I won't go checking out older articles!
I love it! Can't wait to be featured. You're already doing amazing, in fact, you're making me want to write again!
Oh yes please do! You can check out the ideas from this series. But actually there are many more topics out there to be explored, especially with more dramas and movies being released.
Me too... did you watch the amusement park video I put the link on? It's hilarious.
As far as I know, the toilet-started restaurants started in Taiwan, selling swirled ice cream on cups designed as toilets and they are huge success. Taiwan also have other odd themed restaurants. Then they opened other branches in other countries, mainly in Asia.
