i was ready to give it a 9.5 rating and then the im-a-book-character plot arrived. they could easily say the other guy was poisoning her so she became mentally unstable; they could say she was depressed and it took her to a really dark place; they could come with better endings than "oh wait i was just a meaninless bitch and its because someone wrote me like that". it seemed lazy af. but i still gave it an 8 bc the acting and plot ( until the dump part arrived ) was really good.
such a sweet story! i love how the ML is always trying to help the FL to see that she deserves better, and that she should think about herself. I just wish we could see a bit less of the asshole classmates and more of their developing relationship.
this one should have a better rating. even if i suffered every second of it, the story was really good.
and i hate hate hate sad endings, but in this story sadly there was no way of having a happy ending. i hate it but i think the story closed as ir should. damn
whats with this synopsis starting with "she despised her mute husband"... there is nothing like this in this short, its a totally green flag short. the synopsis is wrong or i watched a link that didnt show this first part. lol it started with her going home...
if not the hypnosis shit I would give this a better score lol. but the couple has good chemistry and the main plot idea is ok. we could do with less abusive behavior from the ML at the beginning tho
i usually dont say this, but i think this drama should be a melodrama with 50+ eps. Im not used to watching long dramas, but everything in this story asked for it. its mainly a slice of life, and would be great to keep watching their daily life becoming parents and yuju growing up. that said, its not a WOW 10/10 drama, but is a cozy soft drama that made my heart really warm. worth it if you are looking for something conforting to watch 🥹
