I see, I didnāt know itās on Viki now. For the language issue, I guess itās probably thereās not many people watch it in Czech, So the platforms don't spend budget on employing translators to do the work. According to the data base of YouTube, Spanish caption is the second largest language used in Cdramas other than English, out of Asia . It still needs time before they can afford more translators of different languages and cdrama watcher groups can grow as many as kdramas.
