Which is the best version?

They are. I would have created a page for it but they said no vertical dramas for the next few months. They want to prioritise on-going and upcoming dramas. There are 3 dramas I want to create pages for if no one else is planning to.

Beautiful drama. I felt sad for the sister. Despite having a loving family, she felt like she couldn't express her pain. She must have felt so alone. I'm glad the brothers could help Yeoreum and grieve and talk about their sister openly.

I think the ending is different. But if there are many differences, I might give it a try.
