Back again. Chan’s actor is genuinely so good. Also, I love how the character is morally charcoal grey. 👀 That man is antisocial, but he’s cute and smiles appropriately- so everything’s cool. 😂😂
Bro, you wrote a similar comment here last week and on a bunch of other dramas too. Either you're just trolling…
I chose dramas from YOUR watchlist (which is why it’s limited). Mine has a lot more despite the fact that I almost exclusively watch romcoms. I’m saying you need to choose better dramas. re: AoS, I specifically said part 2 because BuYeon is the innocent/pure character. Jang Uk had a former partner. Everyone knows he’s been in love.
Wow. So many offensive statements in one post. How is that even possible? This is the comment area, btw. This…
You assume a lot. This area IS titled ‘comments’ and there IS a section titled ‘review’ where you can rate and even make additional notes. One SHOULD concern themselves with what offends people when making comments in a public space. This is a public space- otherwise, you could’ve said your comments to yourself and not shared. Also, what do you qualify as “shows like this” exactly? For me, this is a show with openly queer people on the crew. This is a show with a (non-Aro) ace character who states he’s ace in the first episode. This is a show where, after being rejected, the lead did not obsess over his former crush. This is a show where no one has been creepy (so far, there’s still time😄) and where friends give genuinely good advice. This is a show that advertises vaccines as a way of showing care for your partners. This is a show where the leads are good (not just nice) to each other. Doc is spending his breaks watching live boxing matches. Yak’s consistently showing interest and a desire to cross the line Doc had set, but never actually doing so (making him feel desired is good considering Doc’s recent rejection). Is this a masterpiece? No. Will I rate this show (in the rating section) very highly? unlikely. Are you allowed to detest this show?Absolutely. Were your original comments warranted? no. Is the implication in the opening question of your response warranted? no.
Some of those- especially the Taiwanese ones- are actually quite awful. Strange, considering Taiwan should be…
I’m not, thanks for asking. Are you? Crossing the line was popular, but awful. I’ve seen all the HiStory series. There were only 2 okay ones. The leads in About Youth were adorable. Writing and direction were lacking, but they sold their story.
Some of those- especially the Taiwanese ones- are actually quite awful. Strange, considering Taiwan should be the country producing quality shows in the genre. This shows that your view is subjective. At the moment, this show has done nothing to deserve a bad rating. The leads and some of the support are actually quite good. Their friend group and bond are quite believable. The tropes are troping and the comedy is mostly for Thai taste. This is a perfectly adequate show.

I went and checked your list. Young Lady and a Gentleman, Alchemy of Souls 2, Love at Night…. maybe Crazy In Love? these have men with prior relationships. I’ve been watching Kdrams and Cdramas for around 18 years. Trust me, there’s a pattern. Also, you’ve just been watching bad dramas. Watch better ones.

It used to be the other way for a long time. That’s just how pattern works. Soon, everyone will have had multiple relationships, then they’ll all be pure and we’ll go back to pure women and eventually end up back here. It’s nothing to complain about. Just watch a different drama. 3 dramas out of the scores currently airing isn’t a lot.
Sorry but Toey is acting like a two year old. His crying attack was too much for my taste, I didn't enjoy ep 7…
I actually LIKE that they’re not in focus. If they were, there might be drama. I don’t wanna risk it. They seem adorably almost opposites. Let’s have them be the stable relationship.
