And some people say she was just joking. Also, I'm sorry that happened to you.
Joking in the way she was cold, turning her back and ignoring YG? Doesn’t look like a joke lol. Thank you btw :) I was young then, I just feel bad for my younger self for having been surrounded by such friends.

She was only joking. You guys are projecting so much on these girls. Please, give them a break. Specially GR.…
I’m not hating her, still hoping she’ll talk it out with YG because I like Gyuri and don’t want her to be mean.

I felt really bad with the part where Gyuri is cold to YG because I’ve been treated like that. I asked Gemini why people like Gyuri react that way (because I’m someone who’d react completely differently in such a situation). Hope they clear the air in next ep, because I like Gyuri and hope she’s as kind as she appeared till now and not faking it.

• This is a passive-aggressive style of bullying where the weapon isn't words or fists; it's the withholding of attention, warmth, and validation.
• The "Over-Enthusiastic" Chat: When she turned to Min Ju and acted like 30 people in an office was the most mind-blowing news in human history, that was entirely performance art. It was a calculated move designed to draw a sharp line between who is "in" the circle and who is "out." It sends a message to YG: "Look at how fun and engaging I can be with everyone else, except you."
•The Need for Control and Dominance
By acting cold and getting others involved in a separate conversation, Gyuri is trying to control the social environment. It’s a power play. It gives her a temporary sense of control over a situation where she secretly feels insecure (again, likely tied to the guy they both like).
•Poor Emotional Regulation & Victim Mentalities
People with this personality type often struggle to regulate their own negative emotions. When they feel hurt, they cannot sit with that discomfort, so they immediately project it outward. They adopt a strict victim mentality: "I am the wronged party here, which gives me the moral justification to treat you terribly." Because they've convinced themselves they are the victim, they don't feel the need to check if they misunderstood the situation.

Why your approach is different: Your instinct to go to a friend, explain that your feelings were hurt, and ask for clarity requires emotional maturity and vulnerability. It requires you to risk hearing something you might not like, but you do it because you value the relationship over winning.
When your former friends treated you the way Gyuri treated YG, it wasn't because you actually did something wrong. It happened because they lacked the emotional tools to say, "Hey, when this happened, it made me feel left out. Are we good?" It is much easier for an insecure person to build a narrative where you are the villain than it is for them to admit they felt insecure over a misunderstanding.
It's a exhausting dynamic to be on the receiving end of, whether it's on a reality TV couch or in your actual social circle.

probably the blind date girl won't be an antagonist, I think she's a reincarnation of the dog the king killed
Would love that! Would be a very nice twist

I didn’t expect to enjoy this so much, wow. I think I actually enjoy it wayyy more than PC (which I expected to enjoy more but ended kinda flat although I loved the actors).

It was more like watching a « videogame » I really didn’t like the whole contellations and them watching the stuff on « screens » like the events being aired, and even the goblin creature, it was too cartoonish and childish for me. I love fantasy and sci fi but this was too farfetched. They could have kept it more believable…

Not everyone who doesn’t rate it 8.. 9 or 10 isa hater. I love all the actors, I liked the drama as well, I even cried, but I also skipped a lot through the last episodes, only watching the parts that gelt important to me. I gave it a 6,5/10. Because for me, it was good but not amazing. That’s my opinion
