So, no one will comment about how LOUD the backvocals were on the stages to cover up the weak and flat vocals? Okayyy...
Like, someone will call me a hoe and a hater, but if u look through old comments here u know that I always stick to being objective and as someone who has education in singing and music, I think I am qualified to say who did this or that in terms of singing (I do not dance, so keep me out of that)
My first complaint is definitely at the voting aspect. At first they said they will keep it fair, but no offense guys, how is it fair when MAJORITY of the votes are done by fans who only vote for someone based on their nationality, looks and age. How is that fair?
I won't point out fingers, because for sure someone will reply to me ''how rude u are'' or ''they are still trainees'', and I got no time for that. Just, someone please explain me, how can someone who wasn't able to land ONE single good note in practice sings close to flawless on stage. I mean, if that isn't enough of a proof that there are loud backvocals, than IDK.
Yes, u can improve your singing ability, but to some level. No one can go from 0 to 100 in span of few days or hours and high notes included. Like, who will believe that!
This performance > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SS-85SnDank&ab_channel=KBSWorld uses mix of backvocals and live singing and u can CLEARLY hear what is a backvocal and not - u can hear breathing and pitch change, but in I-LAND stages no one really had this (at the end of performance only LOL), also I saw someone move their lips sooner/later than they should have.
Backtracks have been used in Korean industry for years, and I like them, but when they are kept ONLY as fillers. As it was said many times each member will choose what percent of the performance will be real and what not.
No matter who u are, whether u are famous singer/group, but the moment u use HEAVY backvocals to cover up my image of u will heavily drop. Yes, idols can be sick, but come on, same song and each live SAME amount of backvocals? This means one thing - the high notes on the studio album were altered to sound higher than the singer's voice span.
I stan real singers and not fake ones, because at the end of the day, anyone can record a song and alter it.
Now, after hearing this, do u still think this show is fair?
On the side note.... Wasn't Crossing the line 2 cancelled so why is this getting a second season.... We thought Crossing the line was cancelled 'cause we thought the franchise was getting killed...
fr,i think it would've made sense to make a sequel for trapped but i guess not.
THAT.....I agree with! That and Crossing the line are two shows which need S2 T.T Just thinking about our poor Shao Fei waiting for his hubby aigooooooooooooooooooooo
*salt enters the chat* So I wasn't good enough to finish him off?! Black pepper where are you? Maybe u will finish them all of this time....
But seriously....this is so bad. I said multiple times that when u make something, do it properly! If they didn't get the Japanese views from Rakuten we wouldn't be having this conversation now. The writer clearly showed us her ''original'' ending which she wanted, so why continue it ONLY for the sake of fans. I am always salty about second seasons in general 'cause usually they are done for the sake of fans and not in order to explore the plot more and get in depth with characters.
One thing I don't understand is why that psycho serial killer had to pay to get his victims. I mean he could have…
Very easy answer for that. Not all killers are hunters as they like to call themselves. Some just find thrill in the actual act of murder, but not the act of hunt. A LOT of wealthy men do this and it is very disgusting. It's like home delivery....
Its true that S2 is nowhere as good as S1...But I find it hilarious how so many ppl complain but still watch it…
There are certain levels of unhappiness, so even tho I do not like it, I give it a chance to see if it gets better. In this life sometimes u cannot turn away from unpleasant things and personally, I hate dropping dramas. But I have to say that most of the comments are valid and objective.
