omg so many!! :( thank you for the list! I wish they would understand that it's not good. Bonne apetite your majesty…
The list will be bigger by the day sadly.
As for BAYM, do you mean in the drama or just the promo pictures? In 2025 they didn't use AI yet. I don't remember any official AI-generated promos, but I don't really pay attention to those anyway.
If you are taking additions:The c drama Love Between the Lines (https://mydramalist.com/760693-ya-xi) uses it…
Is it confirmed? I can't see anything in the end credits because it's all in Mandarin. I don't see any VFX mention either. Cdrama creators not use English words in the credits like Kdrama ones?
I added BOD, thanks.
Also renamed my list because we need to add everything not just Korean ones.
i saw a post praising yumi's cells 3 for not using ai, i got fooled :(((
Most people don't read the credits and think if they see a green or blue screen in a bts video, they didn't use AI. When in reality, using AI with a green screen is the same as using simple VFX.
It's so crazy that even after 4 years you can find so many Kdrama fans who are fighting about this drama and still don't understand the plot, like, at all. You can tell these people only see the romance. This is a too complicated story for them. 🤣
I hate this more than any other dramas. I watched it like 15 times already. Thanks for ruining my day tho. 😭😂
This is why I will start with the credits now. I don't even care if I see some spoilers in the teasers.
I'm not sure where they use AI in "TYAL" because I was informed after I finished, so I saw it in the credits. I think in most Kdrama they only used it for small things or short scenes, unlike in "Agent Kim" where it was a whole 3 minute long scene, and many other things.
Half of this list I didn't watch at all, just read the credits, and that was enough for me to ignore it. I could tolerate small things, but that would make me a hypocrite. In 5 years I'm gonna rewatch old dramas and movies before 2025 or so. And obviously things I haven't watched yet.
AI won't stop, that's for sure, especially in Korea. So we can find a couple of dramas without AI every year, maybe, but that's all.

This is why we say, "Ignorance is a bliss." They could've just made the scene with normal VFX or excluded it. Or just let us watch the reactions of the other characters. I've seen a lot of Kdramas doing that if they had a scene in a cinema.
The problem is the first 11 episodes didn't have any AI, and with a weekly drama you have to wait. At least that's what I'm gonna do from now on, because who knows how they will finish it?
Popular Star Awards: Go Youn Jung, Byeon Woo SeokForeign viewers falling for face that's all
Not just foreign, anyone can vote, and it's not just a pretty face. Do you say the same thing when your faves win a fan voting award? GYJ also won an Icon Award, and that's not a fan vote.
And it wasn't just two of them. Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Su Ji are also just a pretty face? 🤣
Next year, she's gonna bag all the awards for "We Are All Trying Here". You better be ready. 😂
More explanation and a better-written script, less "Moon Lovers"-inspired scenes, could've made this one of the best dramas of the year. I'm not sure if we remove the leads, it could've been this good.
She was literally the best part of the whole drama. I'm not saying the others weren't good, but her acting and her character were above everyone else's, tbh.
These are just the same uneducated Kdrama fans who don't know anything about acting, all they see are cutesy scenes, and they think a female character has one job. Fall in love.
Guys, just because AI is used doesn't automatically mean it's a bad thing. Unless you've actually recognized a…
The industry can evolve without AI, though. And it's not like we need AI. VFX teams can do anything basically, especially since they can use Unreal Engine as well. Companies only using AI because it's much cheaper, not because it's doing a better job. Every AI-generated image or video equals stealing. AI can't generate anything from scratch, and that's the problem, that's why I don't want to support anything that's related to AI. I don't care how much I love actors, even if this isn't their fault, I will drop it.
I don't mind if people watch these dramas still, everyone can decide what they want to do.
And yes, the world won't stop, and we can't stop AI from taking over either, but we can choose to watch it or not. People who won't watch anything that was made with AI are always going to be the minority; hence, the companies won't see much difference in terms of views.
"Technology has changed the tools we use and the way we work."
Yes, but neither of these tools is stealing someone else's art.
"I hope you all understand my point.😊"
I understand everyone, I just won't watch or listen to anything related to AI, that's all. One day I won't watch anything, probably because everything will be made with AI. Thankfully, a lot of movies and shows or music etc are there from the past 100 years or more.

I still love the drama, but I'm so mad.

AI data centers didn't even exist before this decade.
"All jobs are like that. If you can't keep up, you'll be definitely left behind. That is the reality of life, with or without AI."
I won't waste time on a dumb person. You're blocked. Go sleep with your AI partner, I don't care, but don't waste my time anymore with your nonsense.
