This drama has a lot of push pull for me - the mom can be really irritating, then as if to know my distate level for that character is high, suddenly the back story, the suffering, acts of kindness kick in. I just find her too intense and physical - the ML is such a pushover, as the FL acts in an assumptive manner. Yeah I get being on her own and being in a man's job is really tough, so I sympathize with that. I do like that the 2nd ML (son) is coaxing out better behavior and getting the 2nd FL out of her shell. Do any of you sense there will be a big reveal as to the identity of the ML ex, as they made it a point not to show the face of the ex wife as she left her son and husband at the airport?
I like this drama. It has a retro feel about it and a free flow travel show feel, but enchanted by the location shots, the warmth and charm of the FL and supporting cast. It almost feels autobiographical or like a documentary on having no buget but a passion to move fotward with their project. The end of Episode 3 felt like the recaps of memorable moments when a show ends, so I guess that is in reality what we can look forward to. What a surprise to have them singing together. It’s sort of the little show that could but I am here for the ride and an interesting alternative to the slick, high budget but high stress dramas I have seen of late
The bracelet intriques me as she learns more about it with her travels. I wonder if she goes to other places and there will be other objects that prompt discovery and conversation.
seriously what's wrong with rating system on MDL these days? very good dramas end up being turnoffs because of…
what is really annoying is when I checked on other dramas with low on air scores, people were giving low marks to episodes that had not even aired yet!
What a finale. I am so happy. So much negativity here was distressing me but whatever. I was crying, smiling, laughing, and repeat. What a ride. What great casting and a charming lead couple. This drama was about the power of love
I was touched by the pathos of this episode - of the desire of Bongsu to stay alive experiencing things as a young person. The first kiss - what a scene. Others are upset but I am still loving this drama, and can't wait to see how it ends tomorrow.
Writernim make bong su as fun and traumatized as you want to but you can't make me chose him over gyeonu, never,Make…
The goal is to find out what caused his spirit to not crossover. We do get to see that while inhabiting Geongu”s body he experiences life as a teenager that he never got to know. The joy of friends, having a lollipop, and wanting a first kiss. So we build empathy for the evil spirit. I think he will be persuaded to crossover and Gyeonu returns to his body. Within this episode were a lot of redemptive arcs and sacrifice, I am hoping for a satisfying and happy ending
Interesting twist with the fate of so many intertwined and at stake. I have a dreadful feeling that some perish and some live, but who? I am on pins and needles on how this works out. Can't wait for tomorrow's episode and how they set up for the finale next week
How is having the offspring attending law school a scandal? Nn proof given of issues such as problems such as inferior grades. Plus don’t people have to pass an exam to become a lawyer. All accusation and no proof. The online bullying in these dramas is intense. Is working in the family business considered the morally superior choice? I would think then the offspring would be considered having an advantage due to nepotism. You can’t win. Why even have kids and subject them to this harsh judgement
I think that counters the message of the last 15 minutes. I remember at grief counseling, the problem people encountered focusing on the death, instead of the warm memories prior. Also it was her wish for people to focus on love, and to carry on the best they could - to live well. There are lots of movies and dramas that show the tragedy of the final moments. I thought what set this drama apart was not doing what was expected, but move beyond final moments to focus on how those of us left behind live on. Just me, but as a widow, the message was very powerful for me.
Sometimes the universe unfolds in remarkable ways. I finished the final episode close to the time late morning 12 years ago today when my husband passed away after a 7 year battle with cancer. It was if the last 15 minutes of the episode was a hello and encouragement from him. Love endures everything
I love how all the elements from prior episodes are coming together. and aside from many of the great comments here... Big love for the little doggie ghost!
these ratings are bananas. And how is it that Episode 3 has not even been released yet, and there is this nonsense going on - 6.7/10 from 3 users. Watch it if you enjoy it, drop it if it really isn't your thing. Not that hard to do.
I am really enjoying this drama, which in some ways, is also a food show in disguise! I like the friendships, and also the discussion on cases, clients, and duties lawyers have with clients. I think we will see more of what the other lawyers do in their personal and professional lives in the coming episodes.
This was a great way to end. The contrast and struggles of characters that were good, that were evil and greedy. Also a great metaphor how billionaires being entertained by exploiting and setting people against each other for entertainment and feeling superior. Powerful back stories and the subsequent deaths had a strong emotional impact. Others here may disagree but I really enjoyed it.
