Finally caught up with all 8 episodes and enjoying this drama immensely.
The love triangle is so stressful. Cheol Woong just does not want to accept the fact that Jung Jin wants to be with Lee Doo Hak. I mean she has told him so many times that they are friends.
But he really is going to go off on the deep end when he finds out who his parents really are, and that Lee Doo Hak is his brother. They both will be shocked. But with the mindset of Cheol Woong he will definitely lose it. He has already told his mother that the deputy is a monster. Now he has given her an ultimatum with regards to marrying him. It is him or the monster.
The real meltdown will come when he realizes his life has been a lie and that he put his own brother in jail for him. That did take a lot of nerve from his father to tell him to serve prison time for Cheol Woong then to tell his wife to give up their son. What a weak man.
I am happy to see that Lee Doo Hak is going to go legit, but he is under the deputy so this I don't think will go well. The sidekick to the deputy is playing both sides so he is definitely one not to be trusted.
I really don't like Jung Jin's roommate she is just noise and serves no purpose nor her storyline with the theater. It feels lost somewhat to me in the drama.
Each episode has gotten better where the love triangle is concerned. I can't wait to see how the finally 8 episodes play out. The next episode points to Cheol Woong finding out about his parents. His real mother is going to let it slip as well somehow, I feel too since she is working for her. Lee Doo Hak and Jung Jin are setting a wedding date.
When Zhao and Yurong ran out of the building I was immediately like oh great now she is gonna get mad at Zhao…

Honestly, I have no more words for Jaio Jaio. She is beyond help at this point.
I agree she will make Yurong feel guilty about him doing opium because she needs to make someone be the scapegoat for her misdeeds. Agree with you on that too, Yurong is always blaming Zhao who puts up with all her craziness.
He is to fine to be with her in the first place. She is just so annoying. Yep, there are 38 episodes so she has at least a good 10-12 that something bad will happen. You know they probably will break up too.
Well, well, well, this episode was all about Pyo Jae. He has everyone in lockdown on this chessboard. He has every move already countered before they can do it. Even cane lady is boxed in if she fails. But with HT's brother killing Han she is moving on the board now, closer to getting Hatch but I don't think that will ever happen because Pyo Jae is keeping everything and everyone!
I loved the part of HT's brother and her daughter. That was such a cute moment. But the boy of Hae Soo, he is too much. He is just too out of control.
And again, Hae Soo is always jumping the gun before thoroughly checking out information. What type of reporter is she? Releases information and not making sure everything is legit. I really can't stand her and wish she would die honestly. She is such a pain.
But we all knew that HT did not kill her father but to now find out it was her own brother. Wow! That was a shocking moment.

Crying/Mourning - Ken cries every damn episode. I do not think we have seen him not cry or mourn the loss of Din in one episode. I mean you go to his place, and he has these HUGE pics everywhere. Stop with the crying/mourning already.
Fighting - Every week we have a fight. For what reason? I can't stand it. Ken who we saw at the very beginning doing all of this big workout to be shown his ass almost every fight. Then wait...he was limping but then all of a sudden, he was able to just start throwing punches and take the guys down this week. But wait, I forgot I had an injury, let me limp again... (roll eyes).
Injuries - How many times can Lue get jacked up? I mean, is he the Man of Steel or what? He has been beat down so many times I have lost count. He got pummeled and he goes to see the girl at the mill and no injuries to his face, and how did that happen.
Editing - I am not even going there, it just bad.
Ken's Friends - I can't stand any of them. They are so worthless and filling up space. I particularly don't like Payu/Hin. There make out scene last week was just so awkward.
How many of us KNEW that the doorbell was going to ring so they would not get that kiss in. So obvious.
Can someone tell me what was up with all the powder that his mother put on the floor in Din's room. Was that for some cleaning purposes? I don't want to disrespect any particular rituals that individuals may do so I am just asking respectfully.
Ok, enough with the rant. I mean I am still watching it because I just want to know if Lue is Din. I mean we have had EVERY indication that it is. And this coming week we see the guy in black save his mother. There are only 3 more episodes left, so can we just wrap it up.

Ok, first of all I would be loving the date he took her on.
Loved the confession! He melted my heart. But she should have really thought before she answered because she is rejecting her own feelings. She is the one that reaches out to him, depends on him, relies on him, is her confidante when she needs someone and the flirting back and forth with him. So, of course he is going to like her again as she likes him. I believe she is using her age as her "defense" to stop him because of her own feelings and of what others would think and say, get over that. Also, to add to that she wants him to concentrate on tennis, but she is thinking for him. She is thinking he cannot decimate between the two. He seems to be mature enough to do so but it is her trust that he needs to gain in showing her that he can do tennis and have a relationship with her; and she need to trust and believe in him that he can do both in order to make their relationship solidify for itself.
Once she stops analyzing and overthinking everything, she will realize that age was not that factor really here at all. It is what she has seen and experience where relationships are concern that makes her hesitate to move forward. The light bulb will go off and she will realize that she is in love with him more than she ever thought. He is her match and equal in every way. I love his determination and was not deterred by her rejection, but it made him want to "seize her heart."
How many of us were wincing when he was getting hit with those balls? Damn, his training is insane, but I do get what he is trying to achieve for him. But did you notice, even the one trainer looked at him like he had gone too far.
The nanny that was chilling on her besties daughter's bed, it wouldn't have done for me. She would have been ousted even before she said her name.
The next several episodes are too much...he wants to stop playing, her ex-boss wants to shut down the tennis club, he finally wins a trophy and with winning that trophy he says, "Please keep my first trophy for me. I will make up the ten-year age gap between us with ten trophies, and in return, perhaps we can be together. Don't worry. I will adjust my mindset and prioritize the matches."

When he keeps saying that I think of Ewan McGregor in Moulin Rouge saying, "He doesn't love you!" Oh, can she just die. Or just go to the dark side with Pei.
This amazing, well-executed drama has come to an end. What a journey we all had the privilege to enjoy.
Looking back over this drama it was one that grasp you from the very first episode and held you fast to every episode until the nicely wrapped up ending.
I can only say, myself as a woman, and maybe for other women out there, we all would love to have a Lu Chen in our lives. This man knew from the first moment he saw her that she was going to be his and his alone because it was love at first sight. To have that determination and decisiveness of mindset is rare indeed. He may have been silent but everything he did was well thought out of. In his own way, he had guided her, as well as her with him to be the couple that through anything could withstand time.
No matter what pressures they held both within their families, their own lives and their apparent separation, they held fast and firm to their beliefs. In their own way their love of each other healed their families and just made all that were around them see how much love can endure and it was never lost between them, but recaptured and reborn to a more exquisite love story.
This drama held us all in the palm of its hand giving us smiles, swooning, laughter, tears but most of all...love. A masterpiece of craftsmanship by a couple that made us enjoy what falling and being in love is all about.
As the saying goes, all paths lead home...we all have our own road home because that is where love is.

Again, we had to have Zhao for the umpteenth time tell Jiao Jiao that he did not love her nor want to marry her. She just doesn't get it. She even agreed to be his SECOND wife. He was like, no way. I love only Yurong. This girl needs to stop being so pathetic now. He cannot tell her any clearer.
Jiao Jiao's father has decided to move them away since the marriage has been cancelled between Zhao and Jiao Jiao, but she had a meltdown so we don't know what he will decide to do. Not even him slapping her woke her up. Poor girl...
Yurong received a visit from Zhao's father at the hospital who offered her money. To which she told him that she was with Zhao for the long haul and that they missed each other once and she won't let that happen again. He finally accepted the marriage and even told Jiao Jiao's dad who was ticked so we will see which direction he goes. She has now become a doctor and they even addressed finally that she dropped out. But she did pass her exam at last.
Zhao went to see Yurong's dad who agreed to the wedding as well. Yurong gave Zhao the gloves that she had bought long ago. Zhao told her that she loved him even back then.
Pei is still alive and kicking and trying to raise an army to overthrow Zhao and his family.
Well, we will finally see these two get married so who know what drama will happen.
We had some double loving today!!! Did we not??? I felt like I was there. Crying like I was a guest at the wedding.
This drama is too much...the love that is going on, makes me want to just jump right in and be there real time...

Loved when all the guys got Captain Qin to confess to Duan Ruo. Did he just not step it up? He just figures why date, let me just propose and move on. Go head Captain Qin!
When Lu Chen met his daughter for the first time (it would have been nice to see him hold her, but it was still so sweet) and then being shy when he spoke to Gui Xiao mother.
All the love of both sides of the family at their wedding and no drama.
Seriously, how many of us were swooning over how fine he was looking in that tux. He was so looking good. She was pretty as well. Simple and simplistic. Looked complimentary on her. But his speech just brought tears to my eyes because this man, seriously with all his being ever fiber in his body loves Gui Xiao. You can see it so much every time he just looks at her. They complement each other so well. Both have the same demeanors. Truly lovely to see.
The walk down memory lane was so nice not only for them but for all of us to relive it again of how their love started out to the wedding they had.
And we are finally drawing to the end of this heartfelt drama...this drama has made me smile and just anticipate each day how much more love this one man can give to this one woman. It is so breathtaking to see this kind of love and wish we all had it, doesn't it?
Well, wasn't this just a refreshing BL drama. I loved it. The romance between the two MLs was so beautifully portrayed. I would love to see these two in another drama. I like the smiles and just the looks between them just set such a wonderful story. Nicely done.

Well, I am finally caught up to all 10 episodes thus far of this drama. I must say it is enjoyable. Of course, Leo Wu is just too adorable for words. In the one scene where he was just standing there, I saw him as the general in Love Like the Galaxy. I think he and the FL complement each other.
I'm interested to see how their relationship progresses.
I have to say LYA boss is a piece of work. Hell, I would have rolled out on him too. I, so get where she is coming, as I believe we all do when she wanted to progress in her career and move on. He just has become so dependent on her that he is going to use any excuse to keep. I know the feeling. But, with her tenacity she will prevail. But his son, is a piece too. He will be seeing the light no doubt soon enough. I do believe that the father is cheating on his wife with Alex. Plus, his wife knows, she isn't stupid.
All and all, this still reminds me of Falling into You, but it again is one that I cannot wait to see the next episode.
This sounds like Lost Track of Time. She goes back 10 years and this time she is no longer innocent but born with hatred. This time will she things better...
Again, we have Yurong acting in her saintly manner trying to save Buri. Who again has told her to just leave because he does not want to see her. Buri tells Wu Bao Yi that he is totally devoted to her and will give her a special surprise at 11:00 the next day. She goes home to her family so that Pei does not come again and beat him up. Buri writes a letter Yurong and has it delivered to her.
As he is leaving to go meet Wu Bao Yi, he sees Yurong being kidnapped. How many times can Yurong be in danger? Yep, she is kidnapped by Pei (brother of Wu Bao Yi) because he knows this is the woman that Zhao really loves. So, he wants to eliminate him so that Jiao Jiao will be his. He hires some guys who get her, but guess who sees them get her, you guess it? Buri. He follows them via his bicycle (no car) but he beats Zhao in his car getting there. Go figure a bike is faster. Anyway, he gets there and see that Yurong is tied up on a scale like contraption that if it is not balanced it will blow up.
Zhao finally gets there and tells Buri to let him try and diffuse the bomb since Yurong has been safely off of the device. Buri tells them to go because the bomb is ticking down. Zhao argues until he pushes the device to him. He grabs Yurong and the bomb goes off. Killing...yep, Buri.
Meanwhile we have Wu Bao Yi waiting for Buri who never shows.
Zhao and Yurong head back to a villa where she goes into meltdown mode. She starts blaming herself for all the drama that happen to Buri. Really? Don't think so. Wu Bao Yi finally admitted that she got him on opium and Yurong had nothing to do with that so now how is that her fault?
Zhao goes back to his father and tells him he knows how to get back to the Wu family. He fakes his and Yurong's death. This way he put the Wu family at ease.
Now the reason the Pei attempted (because he didn't succeed, but he believes he has) to kill Zhao is because he wants Jiao Jiao. Ok, how many ways to Sunday does Zhao have to tell Jiao Jiao, he doesn't love nor want her. I mean she took him to eat and again she asks him the same questions about why he loved Yurong, what she has to do to have him love her...again, he said nothing, because he doesn't love her, and she will find another man. So, when Pei saw that she dissed him to eat with Zhao that is why he tried to kill him.
Pei's men did come back to say he was dead. Then he saw it in the paper and finally he received the invitation for the funeral. Pei thought he had won. Little did he know that he hadn't. When he came to the funeral Zhao's men were there and also at the family compound and everyone died except Wu Bao Yi.
Pei abducted Jiao Jiao because she got up in his face and slapped him once Zhao revealed himself that he was indeed alive. Pei escapes as does Wu Bao Yi who confronted Zhao on the street and tried to kill him. Zhao told them to leave her as she was, basically laid out on the street. She has now gone crazy after finding out Buri was dead and seeing both of her parents die. She does not know yet that Pei is still alive.
Yurong hears Zhao's men talking and when he comes back, of course she starts her beatdown of why he had to kill the family to which he said, he did not order that. But instead got justice for all of them who the Wu family tried to kill. His besties had to tell her that he was almost killed again in the street by Wu Bao Yi. She then sees the cut and ask him if he is hurt...really? She is too much.
Now, we have to see her in the next episode Yurong being either a doctor or nurse, again, with what credentials. Jiao Jiao still being all cray-cray over Zhao and confronting Yurong. Yurong looks like she is beginning to accept being with Zhao. I mean it took her long enough. I believe he does propose marriage, but we will see if that happens...oh, this drama. You can't help but keep watching...

In these two episodes so many cute, swooning moments as usual. I loved when she let him listen to the baby's heartbeat. He just didn't know how to react.

I know I would have been like her and crying when I saw him because I she was blessed twofold, him being alive and the birth of their daughter. Just so happy!!
We are getting near the end of this beautifully well executed and well performed drama. I know I love how everything unfolded from their teenage years to adulthood and how enduring love last. So many moments that made you laugh, smile, swoon and even cry but at the end of all of this is about....love!

Yurong received a visit from Zhao's father at the hospital who offered her money. To which she told him that she was with Zhao for the long haul and that they missed each other once and she won't let that happen again. He finally accepted the marriage and even told Jiao Jiao's dad who was ticked so we will see which direction he goes. She has now become a doctor and they even addressed finally that she dropped out. But she did pass her exam at last.
Zhao went to see Yurong's dad who agreed to the wedding as well. Yurong gave Zhao the gloves that she had bought long ago. Zhao told her that she loved him even back then.
Pei is still alive and kicking and trying to raise an army to overthrow Zhao and his family.
Well, we will finally see these two get married so who know what drama will happen.
This drama is too much...the love that is going on, makes me want to just jump right in and be there real time...
Ok, can we all PLEASE remember this line: "I'll remember you even if you turn into ashes!" Yes!!!! I mean what man says that...Luc Chen! Gives me goose bumps every time I hear him say it.

Loved when all the guys got Captain Qin to confess to Duan Ruo. Did he just not step it up? He just figures why date, let me just propose and move on. Go head Captain Qin!
When Lu Chen met his daughter for the first time (it would have been nice to see him hold her, but it was still so sweet) and then being shy when he spoke to Gui Xiao mother.
All the love of both sides of the family at their wedding and no drama.
Seriously, how many of us were swooning over how fine he was looking in that tux. He was so looking good. She was pretty as well. Simple and simplistic. Looked complimentary on her. But his speech just brought tears to my eyes because this man, seriously with all his being ever fiber in his body loves Gui Xiao. You can see it so much every time he just looks at her. They complement each other so well. Both have the same demeanors. Truly lovely to see.
The walk down memory lane was so nice not only for them but for all of us to relive it again of how their love started out to the wedding they had.
And we are finally drawing to the end of this heartfelt drama...this drama has made me smile and just anticipate each day how much more love this one man can give to this one woman. It is so breathtaking to see this kind of love and wish we all had it, doesn't it?
I still have two more episodes...8 and 9. Is anyone else seeing that? I thought it was only 7.
I'm interested to see how their relationship progresses.
I have to say LYA boss is a piece of work. Hell, I would have rolled out on him too. I, so get where she is coming, as I believe we all do when she wanted to progress in her career and move on. He just has become so dependent on her that he is going to use any excuse to keep. I know the feeling. But, with her tenacity she will prevail. But his son, is a piece too. He will be seeing the light no doubt soon enough. I do believe that the father is cheating on his wife with Alex. Plus, his wife knows, she isn't stupid.
All and all, this still reminds me of Falling into You, but it again is one that I cannot wait to see the next episode.
Again, we have Yurong acting in her saintly manner trying to save Buri. Who again has told her to just leave because he does not want to see her. Buri tells Wu Bao Yi that he is totally devoted to her and will give her a special surprise at 11:00 the next day. She goes home to her family so that Pei does not come again and beat him up. Buri writes a letter Yurong and has it delivered to her.
As he is leaving to go meet Wu Bao Yi, he sees Yurong being kidnapped. How many times can Yurong be in danger? Yep, she is kidnapped by Pei (brother of Wu Bao Yi) because he knows this is the woman that Zhao really loves. So, he wants to eliminate him so that Jiao Jiao will be his. He hires some guys who get her, but guess who sees them get her, you guess it? Buri. He follows them via his bicycle (no car) but he beats Zhao in his car getting there. Go figure a bike is faster. Anyway, he gets there and see that Yurong is tied up on a scale like contraption that if it is not balanced it will blow up.
Zhao finally gets there and tells Buri to let him try and diffuse the bomb since Yurong has been safely off of the device. Buri tells them to go because the bomb is ticking down. Zhao argues until he pushes the device to him. He grabs Yurong and the bomb goes off. Killing...yep, Buri.
Meanwhile we have Wu Bao Yi waiting for Buri who never shows.
Zhao and Yurong head back to a villa where she goes into meltdown mode. She starts blaming herself for all the drama that happen to Buri. Really? Don't think so. Wu Bao Yi finally admitted that she got him on opium and Yurong had nothing to do with that so now how is that her fault?
Zhao goes back to his father and tells him he knows how to get back to the Wu family. He fakes his and Yurong's death. This way he put the Wu family at ease.
Now the reason the Pei attempted (because he didn't succeed, but he believes he has) to kill Zhao is because he wants Jiao Jiao. Ok, how many ways to Sunday does Zhao have to tell Jiao Jiao, he doesn't love nor want her. I mean she took him to eat and again she asks him the same questions about why he loved Yurong, what she has to do to have him love her...again, he said nothing, because he doesn't love her, and she will find another man. So, when Pei saw that she dissed him to eat with Zhao that is why he tried to kill him.
Pei's men did come back to say he was dead. Then he saw it in the paper and finally he received the invitation for the funeral. Pei thought he had won. Little did he know that he hadn't. When he came to the funeral Zhao's men were there and also at the family compound and everyone died except Wu Bao Yi.
Pei abducted Jiao Jiao because she got up in his face and slapped him once Zhao revealed himself that he was indeed alive. Pei escapes as does Wu Bao Yi who confronted Zhao on the street and tried to kill him. Zhao told them to leave her as she was, basically laid out on the street. She has now gone crazy after finding out Buri was dead and seeing both of her parents die. She does not know yet that Pei is still alive.
Yurong hears Zhao's men talking and when he comes back, of course she starts her beatdown of why he had to kill the family to which he said, he did not order that. But instead got justice for all of them who the Wu family tried to kill. His besties had to tell her that he was almost killed again in the street by Wu Bao Yi. She then sees the cut and ask him if he is hurt...really? She is too much.
Now, we have to see her in the next episode Yurong being either a doctor or nurse, again, with what credentials. Jiao Jiao still being all cray-cray over Zhao and confronting Yurong. Yurong looks like she is beginning to accept being with Zhao. I mean it took her long enough. I believe he does propose marriage, but we will see if that happens...oh, this drama. You can't help but keep watching...
Will she get the letter the Buri wrote her...hmmm
I have not seen Love Designer. I will need to add to my list. As you can see, I have watched a lot of dramas. The Korean men, I have to say...are fly! My favorite is my man Seo Kang Joon. Lord that man's eyes are to die for. But all of the Asian man are fine and tall, yes...
Yes, it's a girl...Chuyang! Thank goodness.
Now let's clear it up...it is a happy ending as we can see...he sees their new baby and they get married.
In these two episodes so many cute, swooning moments as usual. I loved when she let him listen to the baby's heartbeat. He just didn't know how to react.
Loved that her father stepped up and got her to the hospital to where he was, and she got to see him before giving birth. Happy that the doctor that was her friend went as well because I could not take if something happened to the baby. You would swear I was family...lol!
How many were crying when she was talking to him? Did you notice the tear coming down the side when she was talking. So emotional.
Oh, and when he finally woke up and the doctor friend was wheeling her down to see him, could have gone any faster. I mean he was acting like he was taking her for a stroll. Hello....her husband almost died. Can we pick up the pace? I probably would have tried to run there if they told me he was awake. I know she wanted too.
I know I would have been like her and crying when I saw him because I she was blessed twofold, him being alive and the birth of their daughter. Just so happy!!
We are getting near the end of this beautifully well executed and well performed drama. I know I love how everything unfolded from their teenage years to adulthood and how enduring love last. So many moments that made you laugh, smile, swoon and even cry but at the end of all of this is about....love!
