What's wild is if she came in full of arrogance, knowing all the company jargon, immediately shutting down all her superiors with quick wit, immediately fixing every issue without the ML and not being so earnest everyone would be in the comments (still) calling her a marysue or a b*tch.
It's almost like folks don't like women.
They don't like when women are fresh graduates, working in their first corp job. Def don't like seeing a male superior help her, or god forbid do things that make it look like she's earnestly trying to be good at her job and learn what she needs to know and why would anyone ever want to see a show where a character like that would grow into her confidence.
Maybe try BL if you don't like women but I am sure those shows are also full of 'tropey' characters.

If you watch Ep1 they tell her when she starts her job her probation is 3 months long; by episode 4 she is singing her full employment contract ... also in that same time period they've traveled, secured a deal, found a director and filmed an entire ad campaign, they couldn't have completed all that in 1 week.
She is supposed be young and naive, she a recent college graduate, this is her first real job. She is acting appropriate for her role/experience. Why do you assume she should have more maturity?
About ur third point, modern cdramas almost always have totally unrelated side plots
I've watched other modern cdrama's so I am familiar with how this goes in other dramas...it's not the side plot that bothers me, it's that the scenes don't seem to be amounting to much.

the scene when he's trying to kiss her and she gracefully leans back and covers her mouth so he steps back to give her space but then she is the one leaning in and pulling on his shirt is pure HEAT

I love this show but some minor annoyances/observations:
1. ML's ring tone gives me PTSD, because it's the same as my alarm. I need CDrama's never to use that tone for any other drama's 2. FL needs to get paid... why is she always broke 😂 3. When they randomly switch the story line to focus on her roommates side drama and it's not delivering 4. Was this filmed during the pandemic? Why are the sets so minimalistic?
I am specifically referencing the full scene in Ep 5. the call was not in Ep1.
I think the call elevates the scene because he knows exactly what he is doing, he's making her say out loud that she intends to stay and she knows exactly for what. def feel like he would dirty talk

did you miss the part where he already had his own meeting with the business leader, he already has a plan for that client, he wouldn't just hand over his teams hard work because of her. He already said if Alex fired her she could just come back to his team. He is in a win-win
The part in ep 5 where the ML makes her answer the phone bc its been ringing for a while and she speaking to her roommate who is worried about her and then he loudly says he'll take her home later while looking at her 🔥🔥🔥
