Awww that ending!!! The way Xie Wei was bullying his son, omg. This is a unexpected father and son dynamic. I actually want to see more of it! Zhang Zhe might have to stop visiting for the safety of that kid lol. Oh man, that was an adorable ending. I wouldn't have mind another extra episode with Xie Wei teaching his kids... actually, if we could get a whole arc of them growing as well with Ning being the boss of everything.

The problem was, they started the romance pretty late so instead of creating problems, they should have smoothly sailed us into it. Putting this type of stuff at the last 8 was just not it when there was barely any romantic scenes with them together. I was really looking forward to them being together. I couldn't help but be disappointed. Like why not just develop the romance????

I just got done from watching ep 37 and that was unnecessary. They didn't have to do that just before the show ended.

They out here making him pop a vein into relapsing when they could have used it to make some cute scenes. Unforgivable but at least we are heading towards the happy ending cuz I was waiting for long time.

Ep 35.

Yes, yes, it redeemed some of the questionable writing from the previous episode. Xie Wei stabbing his hands instead of hers... the hands that loved playing the Qin. He literally said he will sacrifice his everything. And Ning in response said, she will play the Qin for him when he wants to hear it... like awwww so sweet.... if I didn't know she about to bust his ears with that awful skills 😂 like she improved but like it takes like 10 years to play decently... I pray for Xie Wei's ears 🙏 the TRUE sacrifice

Ep 34.

Oof, I didn't like the writing decisions they made with this one. Like no, don't ruin the female lead (and male lead) near the end. First, the weird hand placement on the neck. In the other scene, it made sense and I didn't think much of it. In this one, it's unnecessary. He could have just dragged her. It feels like the writer shoving it in there for no reason LMAO. And the female lead blaming him for her death on the other timeline... you killed yourself. What you mean he killed you? She forgave people who did so much worse AND was part of the manipulators that made a lot of characters go to their demise yet she gave everyone a chance but refuses to give it to him? If I'm being honest, even if he DID kill her in that timeline, that was deserved and a small crime considering that timeline had way more henious garbage going on.

Like I get it. I do understand where she is coming from. She have the inner conflict going on and it's not easy to get rid of the fear she have of him but they could have handled it a different way is what I'm saying. The only part I liked was the part where he tried to get rid of that fear in his own messed up way but it fits.

He was always a pawn, an unintentional one but it seems like we will get a tag team now.

But did they have to kill Zhang Zhe mom again? 😭 It was already sad the first time I heard it but the fact that present couldn't change even after the 2nd try is heartbreaking. If my comments were giving any hints, it's that I like Zhang too. I hope what Ning did doesn't backfire in the future and make him an antagonist because I don't think I can bear to see him become a hateful person.

The hug had me squealing! The way he just grabbed her from the back of her neck to his chest 🤭 twirling my hair right now. That was THE scene.

He is busy making himself seem intimidating unnecessarily 😂 he doesn't know how to deal with her delicately because the only way he knows how to deal with people is by making them fear him. He got a long way to go

Why is this show so determind to make Xie Wei miserable? Like he asked them to prepare the birthday party yet they made him sit alone in his room like some loner loser? 😭 Let my man be happy!!!!! Where is his smile?? It's long overdue. Justice for my man!

Xie Wei, Xie Wei, smh. Threatening her as if he didn't go through such great lengths to save her himself because he didn't trust anyone 😂 like please, I can't take his threats seriously when I know he is secretly boiling from jealousy.

I think you nailed her character really well. I'm guessing there will be a timeskip because I feel like that's the only good explanation to make her move on from him.

Ep 22.

Zhang Zhe stealing the spotlight. He really tried his best to turn things around. Too bad he was talking to that "Daddy save me" kid but I appreciate the effort to disregarde his life to warn the idiots. I hope nothing bad happens to him. He seem very naive but his strong sense of justice have an appeal to it.

Ep 21.

Loooool they really wrote a whole romance plotline for Ning and Zhang Zhe. I mean, they cute and adorable together if I being real but what about my boy Xie Wei???? I love slow burn but so far, it doesn't look like she reciprocating his feelings at all with the way she stares at Zhang. We already on ep 21 😫 I need some hints before this ends pleaseeee. It's obvious from Xie's side only. With that being said, I see why she liked Zhang Zhe. Bad people are often attracted to good people and he sacrificed a lot for her in her past life.

Oh wow, it's actually pretty rare to find someone who watched that drama. It's always a no, I never seen it when I ask 😆

I completely get you. The only time you find them, are in serious dramas. You can try Doctor Prisoner, Save Me, and Circle.

Don't really care since I don't know the guy well enough to care 🤷 and I doubt Goongmin, who is in his 40s, will care about this silly issue either but since you feel so strongly about it, I'm sure if what you said is true, a big controversy will eventually happen.
