I almost dropped it too. I never struggled so hard to watch through the episodes but I'm almost in the ending. It would be weird to just give up now. They really wasted a good enemies to lovers. The fact he got fans despite the author never intended to give him any redemption or make him liked is the proof that this story could be bigger if she done the enemies to lovers correctly. Also him texting Nam Soon as Hwaja... 😭 psycho behaviour lmao

If the writers want to give him redemption, they could make it work but they didn't. You forgot that Hwaja attempted to kill Nam Soon two times and failed yet you still sympathise with her. The only reason she stopped and grew is because her goal is how much she wanted a MOTHER. Geum Jo saw that and said, she will be her mother despite everything she did. That made her change her life because she got what she wanted. Now Ryu Shi O goal is to destory Pavel or be bigger than them that they can't target him anymore. Nam Soon nor Geum Jo solution was to take Pavel with him. There solution was to take HIM down despite the fact he created the antidote business and NOT the drugs so of course his response is take them down too. Not to mention he grew up under the environment of kill or get killed. That's why he remains my favourite and nothing people here say will change my mind because I understand his character. You don't. He is a character that CAN be redeemed. The writer just chose not too.

Like his mom was the one supporting him and the one searching for him a wife. I'm glad the secretary rejected him 😂

I didn't watch strong girl bongsoon and I'll probably never will so the comparison is annoying. But even then, this drama is not... good. There is barely any progression happening. It started out so good then just fell off.

The episode was super boring. A lot of nothing was going on. Ponnu gave you the only thing worth mentioning. I'll also add that Ryu Shi O was crying when he remembered all the times he spent with her then concluded, he understand now why the mafia kills those who betray them. It seems like next episode there will be Ryu Shi O and Nam Soon battle since he will target her next.
