How come that employee have her job when she is constantly talking mad shit about her director to other people and to the director herself? I'm honestly baffled. Wouldn't this behavior warranty a "you are fired!". I know our female lead is a sweet heart so she wouldn't say anything but I genuinely can't believe that nobody called it out. I'm even more surprised she is not self aware that her behavior is completely unacceptable and she would lose her job.
I am not very convinced by the usefulness of the "met as teens" trope but I like that they are developing a bond…
The 'we were childhood friends' trope (although in this case teens) is annoying to see. It feels like k-dramas always try to force the whole 'they were connected in the past but they don't remember' in each romance drama. Seongwon cleaning up his act is predictable trope as well. I'm curious tho what would happen if he found out she is fake.
Been a fan of Lee Ha Nee since her amazing acting in The Fiery Priest. I like everything about this drama except the romance. I don't care much about it. I was hoping to see some character development from the first daughter in law (a potential ally) and the youngest daughter. They are grey characters that could be turn into ANYTHING depending on how you use them so I wish they don't waste it by just doing nothing with them.
I know the ending of episode 2 was supposed to be funny but damn did it trigger me so damn much. You know your friend went through so much trouble to keep those sneakers safe AND fought a thief to get them back yet you sell them immediately because someone offered money? Like the integrity isn't there. The only thing keeping me together is knowing that Hyun Min won't be in trouble for hiding THAT in the shoes not that anyone would have suspected.
I love this drama. But am I the only one who feels like most of the times, the main leads have a more of a 'teacher-student'…
Haven't gotten to that part but I do see your point and kinda agree with it. Romance doesn't bother me since I already prepared for it to go towards that direction but it does feel like a guardian. Like you said, not every beautiful relationship have to be romantic but this is kdrama. You know they won't do that lol
It’s not rushed tbh, everything was hinted throughout the episodes..if you didn’t caught those then sad for…
That's subjective. Stop being a child and go. I'll tag the first one but the hypocrisy, is real. You tag your own comment as a spoiler if you truly "care". You revealed he passed away while I didn't reveal anything people didn't know by episode 5.

My useless comment isn't for delusional people. It's called having a different opinion. Just because you viewed it as a masterpiece doesn't mean it was for me. Now stop being an ass and go rave about it to people who likes it instead of telling me off. P.S. It's an important reveal to the 7 families of the victims. But I already figured you wouldn't understand

I said "The director could have been more subtle with the hints." So no, it not "sad". I catch on pretty fast. If you scroll down when it was airing, you will see me already mention a lot of the events before it happened. So moving from that point, it's rushed because the emotions aren't well conveyed. They dragged that whole Yo Han is the culprit yet the moment the REAL culprit gets caught, Moochi and that dumb female lead are getting over their grief pretty fast (because they were short on time!)like they weren't full on hating him when they thought he was stranger. Betrayal is a lot worse when it comes from someone close. It's only rushed because they DRAGGED the previous epsiodes with that Oz shit that everyone knew their purpose long ago. If they had revealed him early and spent the last 3 going through everything, it would have been better paced.
My brother said he likes the actor who plays Vincenzo. Joongki might have a baby face but he is an actor who perfected his craft that he even convinced my brother that suits the role. I'm rewatching it and I'm actually more impressed by his acting then the first time I saw it. It's subtle and fitting.
This drama had so much potential. At the start I really enjoyed it even though the director could have been more subtle with the hints. But suddenly, this drama commits two of the worst drama crimes! Nothing worse than a series that DRAGS badly and have a RUSHED ending. The fact it's so contradicting is what I hate. The last epsiode felt like I was watching 4 episodes compressed into 1. The events were happening too fast, like the author got the memo that it was the last episode out of nowhere and tried to conclude everything. You can see the characters interaction were short, hollow, and lost all sincerity.
My sister dragged my hating Kdrama brother into watching Vincenzo and he said Kwak Dong Yeon should have been the main villain. He said he looks fitting to play the role. It's quite the compliment since my brother is very picky.
Also me after 10 minutes of the first episode: This is going to be a shit show.
