There is a bit of irony but Joon Hwi used him for good purpose. He wanted to save the Prof.'s life while his uncle literally used him to cover his crime of KILLING a kid in a hit, run accident AND lessened the pedophilia's sentence that the child he raped probably recently became an adult or still haven't become an adult. They hardly the same in my book.

Sol A character is throwing me off. First 3 episodes, she is the dumbest student. 4th episode she is the smartest? I do like a well placed character growth but I feel like we skipped the growth part here. I can't say it's realistic to go from BARELY qualified to pass to first place. There is a big gap between those two marks.

The way he executed that! Brutal but well deserved! I was worried the female lead would make him soft but reverted back to his mafia days! Now I'm curious how the series will go from here. There is no turning back now that he killed that guy and half of those guards.

$$ does talk. New adventures isn't bad and I'm sure the dynamic of the characters will be a saving grace. I'm just hoping S2 doesn't turn Vincenzo into an "average" show.

I thought that as well at first but considering how CONSISTENT she is, this isn't bad acting. It's all intentional done.

Yeah, I'm hoping she was just reacting emotional because she loves her mom and that she will slowly realize how messed up her parenting are.

Imagine Vincenzo but with 30+ episodes? It will drag. A lot of stories fit the standard 16 episodes... maybe 20 if it's good but not over 30! It will just be running in circles. I'm curious to see what the writer have in store but I don't think a season 2 will be a good idea unless they focused mostly on romance.

I actually find the villains to be the weakest point of this drama. The writer isn't making full use of Taecyeon character. I also find Dongyeon character more interesting but I favor the actor so it might be my personal bias speaking here

I was rooting for them. Not so much for the mom since she was showing signs of reverting but I expected better from Jenny! She was redeemable.

I disagree. Logan Lee is a joy to watch but I won't say the drama is going downhill if he wasn't there. Most of S2 were female dominated with Joo Dan Tae and Dr. Ha making appearances the most. They wll carried the show well.

How come every ICONIC scene in this drama somehow involves Seo Jin? The actress is so GOOD. That scene when she pretended to be shocked. Oh my god, she perfected the art of making it look so fake! I've been watching K-dramas for over a decade now and this is my first time being so impressed by an actress!

I don't know how I feel about this. I'm curious to see what the author could possibly write for S2 but I don't really want them to drag the story and create a unappealing episodic stories to fill in the gap.

Same. A lot were begging for more romance but honestly, it would have ruined the series. I find romance in serious drama more appreciated when it's not in your face but rather subtle. It feels more real and not fake.

Well put! I would say Vincenzo does nail some of the comedy but also misses as much. There is a strange disconnect in a lot of it's comedy.

The pure irony of how Vincenzo is the most badass character in K-drama history but also the biggest pushover. Like literally he will do anything you tell him to do as along as you insist.

Just finished episode 16 and jaws were dropped. This is exactly what we all wanted and it was delivered.

He said in the first episode he doesn't harm women or children so I don't think he killed children. Although I don't get why anyone would want a "happy ending". For a character like him, it's bloodbath and everyone should expect a bad ending rather than a happy one.

I enjoy survivors shows a lot so I'm highly anticipating this.

I'm in a dilemma! Before Na In Woo could save On Dal character for me, the second male lead stole my heart. I'm lowkey shipping him with the female lead. Man, this is depressing because I can already predict what they will do to him. They are going to turn him dark with jealousy aren't they?
