100% agree on all that .... it's just a disjointed plot with bad direction. The only thing, and I've seen this…
they were at a house party without their parents ... and they drank.

If I put myself in the shoes of mud...and I see my male friend with my sister like that in a room.. I'd definitely…

The only thing, and I've seen this a lot about Mild being a minor so it's a crime .... Mild and Knight were both minors at the time. They are 2 years apart in age ... with Knight being in 11th grade and Mild being in 9th grade.

Kan seems to be the oldest .... he's in his 6th year (out of 7) of med schoolPer is next, I think in 4th year…
Per's mother doesn't seem to be the type to share ... especially with Knight's mom encouraging Per to go against her commands. I don't know if the book goes into more detail but we're left to wonder here in the series.

It was new to me until I saw The Bangkok Boy .... it was touched on in there and I found it fascinating. Based on what I found, it isn't practiced as much these days but is still a thing.

Okay I am confused. How old are these characters ? Up till now I was thinking Mild is in first year of his graduation…
Kan seems to be the oldest .... he's in his 6th year (out of 7) of med school

Per is next, I think in 4th year unless his specific engineering major goes beyond the normal 4 years ... and his mother is the Major wife of the dad

Knight and Mud are in 4th year ... with Knight's mom being the Minor wife of the dad (which is Thailand's version of a concubine. Legally protected, accepted as a spouse but not the legal wife on record.) That is why the Dad, both wives, and Knight all live in the same house. I'm guessing Per moved out because of household drama, but we are never told why)

Mild, Tum, and Klah are all 2nd years.

Tum/Klah keep me watching but their relationship is not really progressing. 😕😥
It's the only couple I'm interested in as well, but they barely have screen time and/or are caught up in filler conversations.

So they changed it up from the book ... Mud stopped Knight in time .... still ridiculous in terms of the storyline and people's actions/reactions making any kind of sense. And so not worth the chaos of the last couple weeks.

I'm with the folks who think GMM needs to put more effort into action choreography. I've been thinking that for a while. And now that it looks like they are taking serious steps to branch out from the "romance core" into more diverse and complex storylines, I hope they follow through so that their actors have the best chance to succeed.

Loving Revamp though. Cool concept and I'm enjoying the vibe of it. Boun and Prem make it work.

I think the show lost focus on who they wanted us to root for. It was supposed to be a rom-com, but the unundertones…
- Way too much MinJu ... let it go for a bit for any supposed "rom-com" elements, but it just got pathetic watching a woman continually chase after someone who didn't even have the guts to stand up for himself or his relationship. He was taken and uninterested, but continued to let MinJu hang on him and pull him around. Neither one of them were very self-aware.
- Way too much JiHun if YunJae was never going to feel the same way for JiHun that he felt for JiEun.
- Way too much parental guilt with both sets of parents if they weren't actually going to deal with anything. With JiEun's parents, the mother always looked guilty and heartbroken, which definitely played a huge part in how JiEun dealt with things. Had her mother been more supportive and less gloomy then we could have definitely seen more of the "rom-com" they wanted us to see. And YunJae's mother ... don't get me started on her drama queen act when she overheard the technically-true-but-not-actually news about YunJae and JiHun being together. It became all about her as she crushed the soul of not only her son but JiEun/JiHun too. So selfish.
- Way too little of JiEun and her journey. We got confused and sad JiEun, and then perky JiEun when she "came back". But we didn't really get much of the story from her side, and they waited until the very end for her to really make any real declaration on what she wanted. We could guess, of course. But since she spent 80% (or more) of the series at JiHun ... her bit at the end seemed like too little, too late. We needed more depth when she was in her female form. Instead we got cutsy. Most of the character depth came when she was JiHun.

I have read one of the books and Knights mother is the current wife. Pers mother was the first wife ( divorced)…
Wondering if it’s a major/minor wife situation … with Per’s mother being the Major (1st, legal wife) and Knight’s mother being the Minor (legal protection similar to a wife, similar to the concubine status in the past.) I’ve seen that in a couple modern Thai dramas.

Per's mother is the one beside the father in public and living in the same house as Knight while Knight's mother is in the back of the crowd at the play. Why would Per's mother be living in the same house with her ex husband and his new family?

So, Knight and Per are half-brothers, with the same father, who I think isn't aware of the history between Knight…
Per's mother hired someone to follow the boys .... and the investigator brought details and pics in episode 5. It was why people were theorizing about Per and Knight being related because they used the same exterior shots for each of their houses

I thought Kan was Mild’s cousin.
I don't remember a mention of that but at the rate they are springing additional family ties on us, I wouldn't be surprised if they are related.

this "explanation" got stretched way to much and unnecessarily.. there were so many opportunities where…
That guy is either a brother or a cousin. He says brother and "oldest grandson of the family" .... but cousins often call themselves brothers too. The fact that his name is Peem instead of something that matches with Mud and Mild tells me he's a cousin.

wondering if it's a step-sibling things ... their parent's remarried. It's atleast a half-sibling situation since…
right …seems like a distraction so they don’t have to actually deal with the awful plot point they dropped.

So they hint at the explanation but don't tell us? And Mild obviously still likes him but I'm not understanding…

Light on the comments .... so I'm guessing many dropped this after last week or were waiting to check comments before starting it this week. It's already been 3 hours since ep 6 aired and it's been relatively quiet since. I wonder if the studio/production teams are rethinking their plan for this one after the last week of reactions?
