Tbh, these comments are sucking the joy out of the episodes for me. I usually come here after episodes drop cause realistically I have no one else to discuss with. It feels like half of y’all are hate watching this

Sometimes in relationships people are toxic because of issues they have. Li Rong has grown up learning not to trust people, as most women living in palaces do, because of this, PWX breaking her trust and their relationship changed her view of him. Specifically because she was starting to love him. Whereas with SRQ, they trauma bonded, so even if he was spiteful to her and killed her, she has a deep bond with him and understands why he did it. In fact even knowing he killed her I don’t think she doubts his feelings for her, she’s just wary of committing the same mistake. With pWX she doesn’t know if he loves her(in her mind) and he owes her more loyalty and care and she doesn’t feel like she received that. This is just my take. 🤷🏾‍♀️

It will also be turned into a drama, it’s similar to story of kunning palace and the lady general. I’m reading it as I wait for updates for the double 😊

I also didn’t know he wasn’t in the latest episode until the comments. I love the revenge plot. I am typically a romance girly though, so I understand the comments wanting more. The problem is that most dramas do the typical cliche romance plot lines that everyone is so sick of. Here we get an actually goood plot line that also has romance it feels like a W, for the romance fans. Such a good plot line leaves the romance fans eager for more. Those idol dramas are 🤮 sometimes.

Originally I wanted to come and ask for recommendations But I think all the upcoming dramas are similar ( princess royal, the female general, etc) .
I’ve already watched story of kunning palace, yanxi place, minglan, scent of time. And the rest listed on this page I couldn’t get through. Please leave recs! Thank you

He’s also using her in his plans too. Making their relationship mutually beneficial which ironically is the complete opposite of her relationship with Shen, he benefited but she got nothing from it
