I think we will probably see that dagger in the future, MX will probably try to get CWD away from her with it. Dramas always pull that kind crap yet we didn’t see her get it.
It’s also going to take time for them to get over each other. They didn’t break up because of an argument or they had fallen out of love with each other. It was a forced breakup because of circumstances. I think there are going to be scenes of CWD wanting her and she will still be hungover WJG. I just remember something in the trailer alluding to that.
I am torn between FY knowing or not. It would not change anything but at least they can understand each other better.

All three men trying their best for MX today.

1. CWD asking his man if she is ok, and him being glad the wedding went ahead so MX will not be worried about FY
2. WJG gifting the knife
3. WY tried to get his men to protect her, that didn't work out so well lol....

I wonder if this is how he ends up getting married to MX. In the book she offers herself to save FY.

They will definitely force it, to give FY a happy ending.

Can't wait till she leaves too, also worry she will be treated as a traitor though. Would be nice if CWD could clear his name. Her life seems it will always be hard, and then back to the courtesan life if they follow the book. I don't know why they changed the schedule, I was happily enjoying 2 a day.

I still love Mo Xi. She is so human, we always expect an FL to be perfect. When it comes to love or anything to be honest , sometimes even the strongest woman can falter . Sometimes you are in a relationship and your friends can see that's not a good one for you, but it is still difficult to leave it.

It's so sad because of her courtesan background she will not be accepted by WJG's family. This for me is actually a sad love story. So only the noble background FY is allowed to have a nice steady guy (can be debatable, but he is considered by society to be the perfect bachelor)? CWD is considered a traitor by everyone and is rough with MX. I still love CWD too, but its sad that you can't be with you want because of your background

WJG really loves MX we have to give that to him, he remembered the promise and wouldn't want her to settle for second, he really respects her despite his shortcomings. I know some pple are upset at MX for suggesting the second wife thing, but it's not unheard of in those times for sisters or cousins to be married to the same man. She also came to her senses and stated herself she had forgotten herself.

I don't think I can watch any future lovey dovey moments between FY and WJG, it won't be enough episodes for me to forget what he had with MX. I am so ready for the war now!

I agree they dragged for too long, and it makes it even more painful for me when I will watch the wedding and see MX heartbroken. It will probably hurt FY knowing she is marrying her sister's love. With their relationship, she would have given him up too for her, if she knew.
And not sure how they will show WJG switching to loving FY. It's been too long. Wish FY had a different love line.

I think if the edict hadn't come when it came WJG was about to say that he wants to be with Mo Xi and stop the wedding, then she would have had a chance to say if she wants to be a priestess or not. It's been a courage and timing issue, Mo Xi was about to say when they went to the restaurant and then WY interrupted them.

I think the father will use it as another thing to have power over him.

WY did a real dirty on MX and WJG. There is certainly no going back now with the imperial edict and each time he intercepted at the time they both tried to come clean.

It makes sense to have WJG for that SML tension with CWD. What doesn’t make sense is why add the sisters in it.

If you look at my old comments you will see I have always stated, she needed to have her own man. Most dramas do this love triangle thing, they could have kept MLS as they are and weaved in a new lead for FY. I am irritated too. The novel writer has some issues, wonder why they wanted such an entanglement.
