I was going to ignore your millions of messages, but I just can’t. How can someone who clearly hates the actress…
i dont understand. what happened in 2024? is that when lovely runner came out? i havent even watched that show so i have no idea what you're talking about. this is my fursy experience wih the actress and i think this performance is poor. i dont hate her, i dislike the character. if you cant see the difference, it's probably cos you perceive every negative comment as hate. and what aboit my profile?😆 im not one of thse blind fans who rates every drama from a certain actor highly. I consume and interpret shows like the works of art they are.
cos her acting was horrible. i didnt attack her as a person. if your carpenter makes you a faulty chair, won't you tell him that his chair is horrible? it's her job. i promise you she doesn't expect everyone to like her work. it's subjective.
I was ready to leave my thoughts on the show and move on until you started doing the work they pay you to do. I love to argue so I'm still here. I'm in it for the fun.
I've noticed in several comments sections that when a person states a positive opinion, they almost never get attacked. the people who reply the are motly people who agree and wanna talk more in that positive direction. but the second someone leaves a negtive comment, they get flooded with usually unreasonable anger for simply having an opinion. if someone actually attacks the actors or their appearances, that's not right and they should be reprimanded, but if it was an actual, based, negative opinion about the show, why wont fans allow people have and share their negative opinions in the same peace that they share their positive opinions? why do fans not have the same tolerance for conflicting opinions that the critics do?
Please do drop the show. No one asked you to come here and drop three hate comments back to back.
there's a difference between hate and criticism. and I dont need to be asked before I share my opinion. last i checked, that's not how this platform operates. if you can't stand it, that's your problem. I don't police you when you share your own opinions. gosh😒. there's always zealots like you under every comment section who try to tell people how to act
this show just loves to tell the audience everything. her conversation with that old guy in episode one was just two characters talking to each other and saying things they both know just for the sake of the audience. who wrote this?
i always try my best not to judge an actor based on one performance alone, but an actor who really knows how to act wouldn't deliver the horrid performance that the female lead is delivering😂. there's something so painfully unrealistic and over the top about her line delivery. is this cartoon character vibe really what they were going for?
This may change later, but the pilot episodes for this show are pretty milquetoast. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly…
I'm only 20 minutes in and I've noticed it. there's way too much talking and shoving every detail in our faces. She didn't need to tell me why she is the way she is, I'm not stupid. audiences should be allowed to discern some things for themselves. SHOW, DONT TELL.
i don't love the fact that they basically resolved the most important thing in the show OFF SCREEN in the last episode??? why bring up that her mother is alive just to go absolutely nowhere with it. So she just confronted her and she's fine now? i would've loved to see that confrontation. If they didn't want to show it, they shouldn't have bothered with such an aimless twist.
all their romantic scenes felt one sided to me. it looked like a hostage situation
Yeah. She can't compare to the talent of IU or Kim You Jung, but she's good for casual, surface level performances. And yeah, Chae min really impressed me. I saw him in Hierarchy and he was pretty bland. But BAYM shows that he's clearly talented, and just needs the right material to work with.

yeah, her romance was so bland in this. but she nailed the comedy and cooking scenes. she's just a mid actress for me. I haven't watched much of her and i dont intend to.
anyway, whether you chose to accept it or not, that episode was overly expository.
