I forsee emotional gymnastics loading with that memory loss trope. After years of watching ktraumas I find myself emotionally disconnecting somehow.

I'm talking about the dad and brother intruding on their date, further delaying our lead couple from getting closer.

I'm sure the opening scenes in ep 24 were meant to be funny, but considering that the leads still aren't together at this stage it just doesn't feel funny at all. I'm annoyed at the writer at this stage. Talk abt a slooowwww buuuurrrrnnn aargh

Perhaps its because YAMG is from a higher profile writer Gu Man, who's known for blockbuster dramas so one could assume it would have had a bigger budget. The characters/actors in YAMG were also more mature older and of course have an even higher profile...it was Yang Yang and Dilraba for heaven's sake

Even if you didn't like the style of the show that OST was fire 🔥 😍 still in my playlist after all these years

This drama clearly states that its a Scifi mystery with parallel universes and time travel so yes, its going to have some complexity to it. Why anyone would think this would be a straightforward lazy watch is beyond me; then have the audacity to come here and complain. You're just telling us that you were NOT paying attention!
There are tons of other 'zero brain cell' dramas out there that you can go and watch.
Leave this unique masterpiece to us who appreciate it.

Honestly Lin Yi's acting was so natural that he made me believe he had ALS....and Landy Li made me believe in her love for Lin Tuo 💕

This is a mostly romance drama people and those who enjoy romance love it like that!

If you're generally not into that perhaps try watching something else. The 'nothing' you speak of means 'everything' to us

Given the synopsis I dont know what ppl were expecting from this drama. I am loving every second of it and 1.5 hrs just flew by.

I loved LBFAD and L&P as well. I liked Kim Ji Won in 'The Heirs' and 'Fight for my way'. Though 'My Liberation Notes' was popular it did not quite resonate with me.
If you like high school cdrma try 'Time and him are just right'.

Though I'm not into kdrama lately I'm looking forward to Queen of tears. I know its not going to have the fluff but I am a fan of Kim Ji Won. I actually liked Lovestruck in the city esp the OST
