First of all, HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY my fellow Suibians! To those of you that have been here since July 2019, and to all that just finished this today and it blew their mind, and to everyone in between, I LOVE YOU, and THANK YOU for accompanying me in this journey, it seems we're forever "Lifelong Confidants" in our perpetual ardour for this story & WangXian!
Secondly, please for the love of WangXian, verify your account to rate this drama if you don't mind, so your rating will count for more in the final score, according to the newer MDL updates! Thank you! :)
At least 90% of all Chinese historical dramas are dubbed. But in most cases you can never tell the difference anyway, 'cause they're very well done!
In this drama, I think many characters dubbed their own voice (they were their own voice actors). I can't confirm, but I think Rebecca Tang's voice at least was her own!
Right or wrong, it's the original intended, chronological order of the scenes!! I wish this one also had that…
Don't worry, I wasn't judging you, of course you can do whatever you want with your money!!!! :) I was just noting on the differences on salaries in different countries! Where I live, most people these days are having a monthly salary of 500 to 1200 euro per month, while working 7 to 12 hours daily!!

Thank you! Though I've personally already seen that videos, they're all over twitter & facebook fan pages by now! I was talking of the whole version of The Untamed as aired on Japanese tv, not just the ending, if anyone is aware of anywhere online one could watch it!! I wanna compare the whole thing, see if there are any other different scenes maybe..
i'm on ep 27, and i feel like i'm only watching it cuz the reviews are good :/
Well, if you're really not enjoying it, there's no reason to force yourself just because of the hype! Maybe it's just not your cup of tea...
With that said, my personal opinion is that since you've already seen more than half of it already, maybe stick with it to the end -- there are some people who didn't fall in love with the drama up to the later episodes of it, so maybe that will be the case with you -- that way you'll also be able to form an accurate opinion of it (as long as you didn't skip scenes that is). Or don't stick with it, it's up to you of course!!
In any case, if you're confused about anything, feel free to ask us here, or send a personal message!!
Right or wrong, it's the original intended, chronological order of the scenes!! I wish this one also had that order of scenes, personally!! In fact, if anyone knows if there's any place online one could watch the whole Japanese version of CQL, please do share!! Thank you! :)
Hooray! I'm so glad our wuxia gang people are back here. I needed someone to hold my hands for the first few episodes.…
Hmm, maybe the "Horror" genre that I mistakenly requested removed should be put back on? (I've still only seen 3 episodes 'cause I wanted to clean up my CW list first)
Oh, so you're the one who stole my place? (Just kidding, I LOVE LOVE the fact that we're here still, 11 months later, 10000+ comments later, and still in love with WangXian & The Untamed/MoDaoZuShi!! ^.^
Yes, almost all Chinese dramas are voice-dubbed. Some might be voice-dubbed by their own actors (there are some…
I agree with you, and sometimes I think it's a shame we can't add Voice Actors here in MDL, cause as you said some --like Bian Jiang-- are quite famous!
Any other page with more than 10k comments? *wondering*
I just checked the top 10 dramas in popularity (all of them K-dramas) to compare, and #1 (in popularity, not rating), which is Goblin, still only has 4598 comments, and it's from 2016!! ^^
