Just got done watching the trailer, and it looks like a it'll be a fun ride! A lot of comedy, some serious moments and some kickass action ☺️

Yeah, I get it 😔 I'm upset as well with them 😑 I actually felt a similar way when I watched the new trailer for Shadow Punisher 😅 I was a little underwhelmed; it looked slightly lower budget than I was expecting. Still excited to watch it, but I'm not letting my expectations get too high 🙏🏼

Please have bromance, please have bromance 🙏🏼🙏🏼🤣 Either way I'm going to watch it, but a little bromance would be icing on the cake!

The acting and story is what's most important to me 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sure, the CGI could definitely look better, but I'm here for the story and the acting first.

Yay! This drama finally has an MDL page 😁 I'm excited for this drama. I've heard that it may not be a romance drama, since the source material wasn't 👀 I'd be okay with that 🫣 But it's still way too early to know for sure either way 👍🏼

Realms Night Rain Dreamlike! It's a mini drama heavily inspired by the plot of WoH, but it's still really good. The chemistry and acting of the two male leads is amazing.

It has a happy ending ☺️ And it's really good! It's very well done, with good acting and great chemistry between the male leads.

This is like my #1 most anticipated upcoming drama, and there are a lot on my list 😆 Super excited to see YunXi and Alen in another drama together. I loved their dynamic so much in Whispers of Fate. And it looks like there's a great supporting cast as well!

I would say it is a bromance! Perhaps more subtle than some, but they're basically soulmates and their bond is really touching.

I wouldn't say queerbating. True queer shows aren't allowed to air in mainland China due to censorship laws. The most mainland Chinese shows can do is hint at it, to be able to pass censorship 🤷🏼‍♀️ At least shows airing in China. This show definitely gets away with a lot for a censored show, IMO.

Out of the main cast, just Xiao Hai, but he turned out to be somewhat of a villain in the end.

Yeah, I agree. The age gap is...questionable. Although, Ximeng would probably be calling the Emperor "uncle" instead of "brother" like he does, if the age gap was supposed to be super significant. Like 20+ years.
