Wu is the first intentional "bromance" show from GMMTV, a show riding off the popularity of Highschool Frenemy. I don't think it's poorly written, it started off strong in my opinion, but lost it's plot towards the middle/end because of the focus on bromance. I personally still really like it, but it really needed to be a full length show for them to properly tell the story. Mr. Kill may or may or may not suffer from the same thing, but you don't have to watch it then π€·πΌββοΈ I still will because I'm a huge fan of anything bromance π
90% of the trailer is a fanservice. Friendship fans should never criticize bl for being " badly written"…
Perhaps it's too early to judge this just by it's trailer? And given that GMMTV has only really made two other "bromance" shows (Highschool Frenemy and Wu). I mean, there's been Peaceful Property, Midnight Museum and The Gifted, but I'd say the two SkyNani projects were their only shows where the bromance took center stage, but both had good stories. At any rate, of course this show will have fan service, since people have been shipping DewTee before they were even in a project together. π This show was made partially for those people I'm sure, haha.
There are well written shows and poorly written ones in all genres, bromance, BL - anything. I'm very excited for this show, even with the fan service, haha. Whether it will be good or not remains to be seen, but the trailer definitely got me intrigued!
It looks fun! I'm excited. Great cast and director. I'm sort of getting Wen Kexing vibes from Gong Jun, except this character seems like a womanizer π
Yeah, I agree. This and High School Frenemy, haha.
True! There are. I've watch a TON of bromance shows. And other than Word of Honor, nothing has felt gayer than Highschool Frenemy (well, and Wu now, I'd say) π And I'm one who just sees close friendship or brotherhood in a lot of shows too. But in HSF, I was like ππ And now Wu π
at this point theyβre just ragebaiting us saying itβs a bromance
I don't really watch BL, just bromance for the most part, but I agree with you hahaha π€£ I was unexpectedly feeling a little of that rage myself π
Ahhh!! The trailer looks great!! And airing like a week after Wu ends π₯Ή My bromance-loving self is getting fed well π They just finished filming, right? It's coming out a lot sooner than I expected π³ Not complaining though!
Yet another episode that flew by too quickly! Pete and Niran staring into each other's eyes like two love birds, haha π They have such good chemistry. Total soulmates.

Thank you for the heads up. I have seen some of the spoilers, so I'm already preparing myself π
