This isn't a Netflix drama. It's KBS. Like it couldn't be further apart lol
What you are describing might be true for your usual SLL or Studio Dragon drama Netflix had longterm contracts with.
In this case it's KBS prestige anniversary project. The production company Monster Union is is 100% KBS owned. Netflix even have any exclusive rights. It's also on Viki and Kocowa. I don't think Netflix plays any significant role in financing this. They just got it for cheap because the drama is expensive af and KBS needs to at least try to balance the sheets.
Okay, I see the original Network is SBS, are they gonna do 1 ep per week like they did to "The Killing Vote"?…
No that's just some super old info. It will air in a normal kdrama rhythm on Friday & Saturday over 8 weeks on Amzn Prime in various international countries. I don't think they found a network for Korea.
the teaser was so,,, that was a title card barely,
You should watch the bit from the live stream where the panel gets paid to talk bullshit all day. "Gyeongseong Creature... well you know I love creatures so.." "Wow that's exciting.. I mean they are running from something you know"
Yes, but it seems that Netflix is doing the split thing...the first 10 episodes (as a season 1) and the last 6…
Total non sense. They were not filmed together (unlike Sweet Home for example). There was a 5 months break in between. Season 2 was greenlit after season 1 filming wrapped up. 1 year post production is completely normal for high budget ott dramas.

I wish there would be more of those. Or really anything but the 1000th drama in Joseon.
