Not What I Expected But LMAO Anyway

So I kinda expected Son Yeon Seo and Song Meo Ru to ACTUALLY run away, so it was a little disappointing that it didn't happen. But, the drama was pretty interesting. I mean, you got a 118 year-old girl looking like she 17 just trying to graduate. Suddenly she's involved with another student because he's "The One", whatever the heck THAT meant. Honestly, the whole "The One" thing was the only thing I didn't understand whatsoever.

Son Yeon Seo is very closed off to herself, but I think she has enough patience to interact with people as long as they do it first. Song Meo Ru was very childish through the show, which was cute. He's very innocent, so him being "The One" was kind of weird, but it was still okay. Yoon Chi Woo was very...bold. He was bisexual, and it was cool because you'll literally NEVER see characters like that, much less second-male-lead. I felt bad for him when he got upset at Son Yeon Seo not having the same feelings as he did, but really think about it. What he did was creepy. Kim Su Jeong. This girl is self-centered when it comes to which boys like her. At the end, what she did to Ha Jin Seo was surprising. Ha Jin Seo, I don't really know what to say about him other than he's really lucky to get a girl like Kim Su Jeong.

The Best Of This Drama In My Mind

My god, I've never seen a drama that felt so relatable and emotional. The characters were lively and likable and so developed, it almost felt like I was watching a reality show. The friendships were so adorable. The couples were too cute to NOT fangirl over. Nie Yue and Jiang Zheng Xu were so cute together. They always pulled each other up no matter what. I thought it was funny the way Jiang Zheng Xu asked her out. I STILL DON'T BELIEVE IT TOOK THEM THE SHORTEST TIME TO GET TOGETHER. Like, woah they must've been really head over heels for each other. He Li Yang and Lin Xi Geng were cute in their unique way. He Li Yang might have been older, but she was willing to wait for Lin Xi Geng to "grow-up" so she could be with him. Lin Xi Chi and Xu Fang is now my new OTP. Their fights were so funny, especially the one in episode 3. That time when Lin Xi Chi was drunk, I felt like crying. She was so in character, it hurt. That was the first time a drama made me tear up. The music was catchy, especially when Xu Fang was shooting arrows. The music also had lyrics that directly refer to scenes in the drama, which I found impressive since it was the first time I saw this.

Lin Xi Chi is such an amazing character, like this girl is who I want to be when I grow up, minus the family drama and all that. Xu Fang is honestly my new role model for a boyfriend. If he ain't like this, I don't want him. Nie Yue is so nice, and she automatically takes on the responsibility of taking care of her roommates, which I admired about her. She deserves her boyfriend 100%. Jiang Zheng Xu was funny, and the way he was always provoking Xu Fang was hilarious. He Li Yang was one of the characters that had a deep past, but she got her little boyfriend to take care of her. Lin Xi Geng was adorable through this show. He was young, but he wasn't afraid. Ye Shao Wen I felt was a character that was left to the sideline. I mean, he was important at the beginning, but after Lin Xi Chi refused his feelings, he just stopped everything. I did feel bad for him, he should've at least had a happy ending. The archery team was something else, like those boys acted like brothers then jealous soldiers, PFFT.

Dream App Drama Part 2

FIRST OF ALL, LET US APPREICATE THE FACT THAT SAMUEL KIM HAS FINALLY ACTED! The characters were so well created and developed. The TENSION with Ji-na, Jae-yi, Sa-na, and Ro-bin was so g r e a t, I felt their embarrassment from where I was.

I felt like Oh Ji-na was very impulsive, and I was kind of right, if you think about it. I mean, I liked her and all, but I thought it was ridiculous to jump to wild conclusions like she did. Seo Ro-bin, I felt like punching him sometimes. It's so hard to know what he's feeling, but the epilogues at the end of the episode made his actions more sensible. Seo Jae-yi I felt was the most underrated second-male-lead ever. He got screen time, but I felt like he was just there and there was no development for his story nor character. Geum Soo-ji was wronged at the end of the show, which did make me upset. Jung Bo-ra and Ha Rok-hee were honestly unexpected friends of Ji-na. Well, maybe not Bo-ra, but definitely Rok-hee. Bae Shin-ae I felt bad for at the beginning, but she made up with Ji-na so that's good. Poor Oh Sa-na, she always got mad that something went wrong every time she fell for one of Ji-na's friends, which I found hilarious. An Mi-Nam was so innocent through this whole show, but I'm glad he started caring for his body.

This NEEDS a Season 3, I want to know how Ji-na and Ro-bin stay together. I also want to see who Sa-na ends up with. That poor girl needs a boyfriend.

And honestly, who wouldn't want an app like Revenge Note??

Dream App Drama Part 1

The story was funny if you think about it. There was one scandal after the other, and yet everybody flies through these like it's normal. Like, someone accused of sending nudes, or a student under the illusion of being in a relationship with a teacher ain't normal. The friendships in this series were very much wholesome. Even though there was only one couple, Goo Hee and Ji Hoon--duh--I was curious as to who Deok Hee ended up with, since she really had three choices: Kang Min, Eun Woo, and Goo Joon. I do wish the show was longer and more developed. The OST though, that was fire.

Ho Goo Hee was a very intimidated girl, but the app helped her break out of her shell, and that's a really good thing for her. Shin Ji Hoon was great and all, but it didn't feel like he was the male lead, if that makes sense. I feel like he was there just for a little romance, even though I'm pretty sure the show wasn't even that. Jung Deok Hee was funny, but I felt she was a little crazy for guys. Like, she was head over heels for Cha Eun Woo as well as for Ho Go Joon. Cha Eun Woo was straight up pitiful in this show, I'm sorry y'all. He was kind of the irrelevant second-male lead. The supporting characters honestly had better personality than the MAIN characters...but still, the drama was simple and cute.

Best. MMA. Drama. Ever.

I really liked the plot of this story in general. I think the drama was trying to say that you could overcome your goals when you have friends to do it the whole way. The friendships in this show really did hit different. The couples really were something else too.

Fang Yu was a little frustrating at first, but then I stopped because her grandpa is kind of the reason why she's like that. I mean being groomed to be perfect can and will have effects on people. Ming Tian is the kind of person you'd want to be around with just because he's so hardworking and kind. He's always looked down on, which made me mad. Sun Hao is honestly a ball of sunshine. So bubbly and loyal, I could hug him for the rest of my life. Song Xiao Mi's role was kind of confusing. Like, she was a rival to Fang Yu and Cheng Yanan in way, but they were also friends. Cheng Yanan faced everything head-on, except when Luo Guan Yan admitted about his feelings. Luo Guan Yan was a interesting character, but I was a little sad that he came in the show about halfway. Fang Zhou reminded me of my brother, and I still can't tell if that was good or bad.

"I want you to feel me with all of your senses."

I wasn't expecting a lot, so I guess the drama was okay. I liked the interactions of the characters a lot. I didn't really expect to find out that it was based on an anime. The plot was pretty basic, but I guess it's good for something to put on when you're trying to watch something that you know would bore you.

Risa is a very fragile person, but then again she's not used to all the attention she receives in the city since she's from the country. But there's no way she grew up to be innocent how she was portrayed the whole show, there must've been a few things she learned, you what I mean? Hiroto was okay, but I felt his backstory wasn't explained at all whatsoever, we just knew that he was a CEO and he fell in love with her at first sight? Akutsu is my favorite character, manz is always somewhere and I love his relationship with Hiroto. Yoshiki is so cute, I actually felt really bad when Risa kept rejecting him and he still kept trying to win her over. We need another show just for him. Yuki was surprising, the way how Hiroto knew that he liked him and not Risa shocked me for some reason, but then I look back at the whole show and I realize Yuki was always close to Hiroto yet he treated Risa really well. Natsuki was an okay character, I didn't like her at first because even though she knew Risa was in a relationship, she still asked for a date with her boyfriend? But I realized she looked hella good with Akutsu, so I guess she's okay now. THEY NEED THEIR OWN SHOW, I LIKE THEIR MOMENTS TOGETHER.

"Who's your wife?"

This drama was good to watch, I won't lie. There was a good plot, I personally didn't find any plot holes, and I liked how each episode focused on different victims of the teacher instead of multiple episodes on person or vice versa.

Ye Rim's role kind of confused me, nothing really happened to her. All she did was figure out that something weird was going on because of the stuff her classmates left behind before they disappeared. Sang Woo is cute, always calling Ye Rim wife. Teacher Han's role also confused me, like was this man a demon or not? And when Ye Rim saved everyone, he just...I don't know how to explain it without spoiling it, but he did what he did. I liked the stories of the other students, they were realistic in a way. I liked Do Hee's story especially, I would like a book like hers, but I know better than to actually accept on if it ever came to it.

"Grades aren't important. Being healthy and safe is."

To the person who thought of that trash ending, you need to go. It wasn't bad, but it was pretty unexpected and I never thought it turned out the way it did. I would switch people's deaths for other people if I could. But I love the interactions between the students, WHAT I WOULD GIVE TO HAVE CLASS LIKE THIS. I would like a season 2 just to elaborate on the ending, no need to add more. I dare say this show was better than Squid Game-

Nam On Jo should've, in all honesty, be a supporting character. I guess she was important because of her dad saving them or whatever, but I mean she really could have been the supporting character. Lee Cheong San...AH I LOVE HIM. He's best friend material, I do not care what anyone else says. I loved it when he pushed Lee Na Yeon because of what she did. Speaking of her, I hated her, don't get me wrong. But what Yoon Gwi Nam did to her was a little too much, she was actually trying to do better. He was...I don't know I felt off about him the whole show I didn't like most of the things he did, sorry. Choi Nam Ra was a good character, I liked how she was class president, but nobody apparently listened to her just because her mom was someone important. Lee Soo Hyeok was a little too clingy over Nam Ra, and now that I think about it, so was On Jo. He kept trying to say "If you want to do it, do it to me" or whatever. On Jo kept trying to be the hero and kept telling her the same thing. People, stop telling her before she actually does it. I loved Yang Dae Soo, I think he was the class's binding person, he got along with virtually everyone. Jang Woo Jin and Oh Joon Young are hot, I don't care what anyone says. I mean in general the only ones I didn't like were the adults, except for On Jo's dad, and that funny detective. That detective, Song Jae Ik is hot and funny, he's literally me.

"But the heart is a liar. It stays quiet even if it's hurting."

I loved the plot of this show, and there was amazing character development for majority of the cast. That's something a lot of dramas don't do, they simply focus on the main leads and have the supporting cast just there, you know?

Go Moon Young...YO I LOVE HER. Literally one of the best female leads I've ever seen. She's very straightforward, and inconsiderate about the feelings of others, as she didn't grow up because of the heavy influence left by her mother. Moon Kang Tae wasn't a weak person, even if he comes off that way. I didn't agree with that, he's definitely strong but chooses to let life treat him the way it wanted to. But in the end, he learns that you can't choose what life does, but you can choose how you react to it. Moon Sang Tae learned how to be independent, and to not be overprotective over Kang Tae. Nam Joo Ri wasn't a bad person, she just didn't like how certain things went. She's a caring person, so obviously she'll be annoyed when she sees something she doesn't like. I loved the director of the hospital, he's an actual quirky genius. If I ever had a boss like him, I know I would be very happy. Jo Jae Soo was an unnecessary character in my opinion, I think he was just there to prove Kang Tae's character development for being able to rely on others. Lee Sang In was a funny character, I liked him. A lot of people maybe misunderstand him as unprofessional, but he's just very protective about Moon Young, which I find kind of cute. Joo Ri's mother is a sweetheart, and I love her close relationship with the director. I loved the art director, she always made Sang In mad without even trying, and she did her revenge with the last copy of Moon Young's mother's book. The patients were good too, I liked the friendly vibes that gave off for the most part in their interactions.

ExTrAcIrRcUlAr

(^^lol the title is a joke with my brother's friend) I started watching this because my friend already saw this and recommended it, so I tried it. Y'all the plot is one of the most addicting plots I've ever seen. I really want a season 2 because the ending was really vague, but I feel like a lot of things would change throughout season 2, and therefore would ruin the original plot. Maybe they should have a movie sequel to further explain the ending.

Oh Ji Soo, if someone told me that he was the most innocent person in the class without telling me he ran something illegal, I'd believe you. At such a young age, he was forced to learn how to survive, and he was really good at surviving on his own. Bae Gyu Ri was the worst female lead I've ever seen. Like I understand she's not happy with her life, but that doesn't mean you practically shove yourself into someone's life just because you want a thrill in your life. He was right when he said something like "You think my life is a game to you", she's done nothing but interrupt everything Ji Soo's worked hard for. Seo Min Hee was pretty unlikable, but in the end she's just a girl who just wants to please her boyfriend through money, which she gets through Ji Soo's business. I kind of wish she had a better ending, but it's whatever I guess. Kwak Ki Tae was a pretty unnecessary character, considering Min Hee could've have had another person in mind to make money for. Lee Wang Cheol was a good character, why did they do him dirty like they did. They also should've added a backstory as to how he was found by Ji Soo and how he became the "shadow boss" as I refer him as. Choi Jin Woo reminds me of my teachers that I was close with; they were caring, and were willing to listen and cover for me. He's the kind of teacher we all need if we want school to be a happy place. Officer Lee Hae Gyung was like the older version of Gyu Ri; she was annoying. She always thought she was entitled to look into everything, and was even willing to break the standards of what an officer was supposed to do. Like ahjumma, leave the main cast alone.

"So then stop seeing other men." "Damn right."

I could see why Heirs was one of the most popular dramas at the time it released. The whole cast was good-looking, the plot had a lot of side-plots, and I can officially say I'm obsessed with Lee Min Ho. I don't really see why there was so much negativity about it, but then again people must have been bothered with the fact that the show went pretty slow-paced. Can we talk about how similar Lee Min Ho and Choi Jin Hyuk actually look? I wouldn't be surprised if they were family and never found out.

Kim Tan...wow. He may have been inconsiderate about the feeling of a lot of people, but he was still caring, even if he didn't like it. Cha Eun Sang reminds me of myself in a way; she's going through a lot yet she chooses to be kind and considerate towards others. Choi Young Do slightly reminds me of Kim Tan; he's pretty inconsiderate about people's feelings, but he doesn't care about anyone and doesn't see the point of being nice, even to the person he likes. Yoo Rachel, I mean I didn't like her, but I started respecting her because even after she was rejected, she kept her head high and refused to let the opinions of others get into her head. I actually like Yoon Chan Young, he's a good friend towards Eun Sang, and even if his girlfriend didn't exactly like it. Speaking of his girlfriend, Lee Bo Na was actually a decent character. Yeah she's a little self-centered but I loved her interactions with Eun Sang and Kim Tan. I didn't really understand why Kang Ye Seol was part of the poster since she wasn't really a MAJOR supporting character, but she seemed close with Bo Na, so maybe that's why. Jo Myung Soo reminds me of my friend: happy, yet not satisfied with how life is treating them. Lee Hyo Shin is the most reckless one in this entire series, and I love it. He did what he wanted because he was tired of following his mothers expectations. I think Kim Won and Jun Hyun Joo's relationship was there as a spin-off of Tan and Eun Sang's relationship. They were cute, but they had minimal interactions. That scene where Won was crying really hit hard tho. Tan and Eun Sang's mom are the best, they actually get along really well and I love it.

I refuse to continue, I didn't even realize there were a lot of main supporting characters.

Cinderella's Story Reversed

I will not lie, this is the cutest princess-related drama I've seen. I am absolutely in love with Bear Knight and I wanted to cry at the proposal. I thought it was funny that the female lead and the second male lead were actually in a relationship for 2 years off screen. I would have watched the "sequel" that was released as well, but I saw a clip of the new male lead and I didn't like him, his arrogance was too much and I found myself uninterested to watch it, though technically it's more of a spin-off.

Lin Xing Chen is a soft girl, and has the mind of an innocent child. But, she's a kind person, even if a lot of people don't see her that way through the episodes. Jiang Nian Yu is a very insecure person, and yet people see him as a cold ice cube because he never smiles?? Zheng Chu Yao was a surprising character because his feelings ended up being different than I originally thought, and at the very least I thought him and Yu Yang Yang would become close, but the outcome was different. Speaking of Yu Yang Yang, at first I liked her, but then she kind of became...two-faced? Personally, I loved Chu Yao's friends, they were funny.

plEASE, Why Haven't I Watched This Earlier??

AFTER WATCHING EDITS FOR 2 YEARS I FINALLY GOT TO WATCH THIS DRAMA. Yes, there were some things left out, but then again, they applied to the supporting characters, not the main ones. The show also ran for too long in my opinion, there were so many scenes that would've been okay to keep short, but they were long. Personally, I felt the show could have been brought down to 30 episodes max. Episode 3 in specific I skipped a lot on simply because there was only development on the background plots, and not the main plot. I only watched about 10 minutes of it max.

Yang Zhen Zhen is a funny character. She has, and I practically quote "no feminine tenderness". Then again, when you're the manager of an annoying guy, that tends to happen. Zheng Bo Xu is the epitome of bipolar in my opinion. Obviously, when something happens, your mood will change, but I felt like sometimes his mood changed for unexplainable reasons, I don't know how else to describe it. I honestly didn't Xia Yuan, I felt like she was a really sensitive person. Yet at the same time, she's a very straight forward person. Maybe the reason I didn't like her was because of her childish resemblance. Every time she spoke, it felt like she was whining for no reason, so I guess that irritated me. Yu Zi Rui had a lot of development as a supporting character, which surprised me a lot since most of the time supporting characters remain the same. The other supporting characters are okay, I didn't like VP Ma Li Na though, she felt irrelevant tbh.

First Love Perfectly Portrayed

OMG THIS IS SO GOOD FOR NO REASON. I'm not exactly sure why so many people are so against this drama, but like I said once before, I get easily impressed with dramas so, don't take my review seriously seriously (I guess??). There was a lack of kissing, but honestly they should have just kept it as a high school drama if it was going to be like that intentionally. I get that some of the actors were teens at the time, but in the end the result was okay I guess. I liked the other interactions so I guess the lack in that department can be overlooked, especially if you're someone who doesn't like a of of those kinds of scenes.

Xia Miao Miao is a really impressive female lead. I feel like her character development is very significant, considering the fact her decisions were made based on the development of her character, specifically her confidence in herself and her talent. Liang You Nian is CUTE. Yes, I know I'm always putting down that the male lead is cute, but he really is. I love his interactions with his friends, it just goes to show how well they all act. Lin Kai Tuo is superior, I don't care what anyone says. My favorite line from him was when he said something like "I pissed her off until she exploded, and I confessed my love for her. Then I pissed her off even more". He Xin also had some good character development, she learned how to build herself up, even after everything she got through. Lin Xia is the most relatable character ever. It's so easy to give advice to your friends about love, but it's like love treats you like the plague; you don't get infected, and it wants you to infect others. Wang Yi Chao is a great friend, even though he is a little shameless whenever he was pursuing Fang Xiao Yue. Fang Xiao Yue is actually one of my favorite supporting characters I've seen so far in dramas. She wasn't even interested in the male lead, which is something that rarely happens. I feel like there was a lot of supporting characters, so I'll just stop here.

This Drama Solved My Life Problems.

plEASE, I was so proud of this drama when I finished watching it. For the first time I found myself genuinely wanting a season 2 for absolutely no reason. Though, I wish Yeong Shin had more interactions with those ex-cons because I could tell they treated one another like family. I won't lie, I feel like Yeong Shin's past wasn't fully explained, and her biological mother never exactly found out, did she? Anyway this is the first drama I really want to rewatch some time.

Chae Yeong Shin is the most innocently fearless female lead I've seen in a kdrama so far. Literally, this girl can do anything head-on it's pretty mind-blowing. Yet she's a whole softie and I love it. SEO JUNG HOO, PARK BONG SOO, HEALER, WHATEVER HE PREFERS. He's so cute, I LOVE him. I loved his interactions with Yeong Shin. And the disrespectful relationship with his partner is to DIE for. This man's duality is pretty damn good. I loved how terrified he was when Yeong Shin's dad chased him around. The five friends that connected the male and female leads' pasts was a lot more complicated than I thought. At first, I thought everyone was stressed out about a car accident, but it turned out to be something more detailed. Jo Min Ja is the best hacker I've seen. She's just like a teenager's mom, and the way how everyone thought she was Jung Hoo's mother is hilarious. She's so sarcastic, all her scenes make the show so much more lively.

The other characters were also good, but then this review would be too long lol :))
