Just like any great romance, I don't know how or when my love for Kdramas. I feel Austen best voices my feelings for Kdramas when she said 

I cannot fix on the hour, or the spot, or the look or the words, which laid the foundation. It is too long ago. I was in the middle before I knew that I had begun.

Just like an old friend whom you may have just met after years, but when you do, you just seem to pick up right where you left off. Life may get in the way of me meeting my fictional friends, but when I return to them, it was as if I never left.
