Just saw this. But yes!! I so agree with you. He isn't a teenage nobody desperate for a role shoved on him by his agency. He's an adult, he's 25, he is a super popular performer in Japan and he took on the role because he wanted to. Good grief. Thank you for your comments, they made my day! XOXO

I'm a huge bromance fan and I love it! So happy this show got some love, at first everyone was hating on it because it was censored/bromance....I was hooked after 3 minutes. And I miss these two.

The comments bashing KYD as an actor are just silly. You don't have to like him, but he has won multiple awards. They aren't handed out like candy.

I was going to watch this once it finished airing, but it turns out to be so much deeper/darker, like you said, exciting! That I am stuck waiting for each episode, lol

Absolutely loved the first two episodes and can't wait to see the storyline play out.
I don't care about reviews, because I have found that my taste can be very opposite of the majority. Call me simple, but I am only looking to become emotionally invested in the characters- and this delivered.

I am loving this way more than I thought I would, based on reviews. This is why I shy away from ratings, for the most part. I don't understand how it's slow? The quieter scenes are rift with emotional tension. Emotions are portrayed beautifully through flashbacks as guilty, suppressed nightmares throughout the first episode alone. KK really impressed me.

I definitely was getting Ultimate Note vibes~! This kept running through my mind as I went through the episodes. It satisfied a need that I didn't even know I had. There are so many amazing dramas, but bromance/censored works are my faves. They have to use emotions to convey all of their thoughts and feelings and it is DEEP. Then again, I'm an emotional junkie. so maybe it's just me, lol

Thank you so much for sharing! I have been overwhelmed trying to skim through the episodes for good scenes. I want to make an edit, if I can get past YT copyright, ugh. This series really inspired me to get the word out and defy censorship.

AHS seemed likable and all that in Still 17, but Red Sky and Doctor Romantic blew me away. I think he's going to do well with this role.

I read webtoons as well- but honestly get excited about seeing them brought to life. Judging any adaption before it airs makes me feel guilty. Maybe I'm just weird. I feel like...everyone involved is working hard for viewers like me...and I'm downing a pint of ice cream and being critical from the couch, lol
