Came here after enjoying Moonlit Reunion and Tian Xi Wei is such an amazing actress! Love her voice and range. And ZLH is a great romantic ML as always.

I think people love it because of the chemistry between the leads. Older modern cdramas do not age well tbh. They almost always have cringey incompetent FLs with nearly perfect MLs. There were many scenes that gave me second hand embarassment

Open ending

This was very enjoyable! I loved the main characters and supporting cast. All of them were very loveable. The FML was actually strong (bonus points for her not having a shitty family). The chemistry and acting was good. The ending was rushed and there were some plot holes otherwise it would have been a 10/10

24 episodes is too short for a costume drama but maybe it's very fast paced with no long arcs and useless characters
