I think my laptop caught fire from some of those kisses and briefly seen love scenes, lol! (Yes, for those that haven't seen my comments, I OWN that I really do like a good kiss scene, lol!) I was on the fence, at times, with the ML, but he admitted he wasn't a good person. The FL was good at playing naive and innocent, but did show some growth later. Yes, it had predictably, but it's a reused script for the most part. Gotta admit I rated higher simply because of the kisses. Anyway, I watch these short series to clear my mind, give me smiles and emotional flutters. That being said, there's always questions regarding our humanity when I watch these. Sometimes, not many and othertimes a lot depending on the script. I know there's a push in China to more closely regulate content, such as no evil grandparents. Instead grandparents should be presented as wise and caring. Well, duh, who doesn't want grandparents like that. I view all the deplorable behaviors of characters, from whatever country of origin, as a moral from which to learn or teach. Happy viewing! Ending spoiler below.

Oh, I like him! I recently submitted 3 of his dramas for MDL approval. If approved, I found a link from which to create a profile page for him. I'll send you the link. Because it doesn't matter to me who makes it as long as we finally get him on MDL.

For me, a sweet, but understated romance. A few tension moments when you thought you'd see a kiss, lol. Not much passion, but somehow endearing to me. I really liked how FL, aided by ML, got revenge. I liked how FL's family got served at the end. Loved how ML's mom was gaga over FL. Overall, i enjoyed it even if it didn't give me my kisses, lol!
Can't recommend this one unless you're a fan of Lan Lan or the ML. This one is very choppy, skipping to unrelated scenes at times. I don't think the synopsis is accurate, unless those scenes were deleted, because her father was never mentioned. You never are shown why they married. Questions were left unanswered. Subs were missing or wrong for parts and the last 13 minutes had only Chinese subs. NO romance. Only a ML who chose to believe the "green tea" girl, lol. I'm ticked off at my brain for being unable to stop once I start stuff like this. Works that way for reading, too. It probably all goes back to my childhood. You can blame everything on that....
I wish someone had slapped him around for being an idiot. This one has missing scenes and you have to jump to conclusions,lol. I suspect my conclusions may have been better than the original, lol. Anyway, no real romance here, just ML being a bully and forcing FL.
