Takumi makes a fateful decision in his plan for revenge! The plot is thickening and starting to boil as his patience with "the system" begins to wear very thin and he wants to take matters into his own hands. This is crazy good.

This episode deals with trust. Takumi has been living in the Shin Ku's world so long he doesn't know who he can trust. And it is sad when he loses faith in his senpai on the police force and it could cost him a friendship. There are a lot of cute moments between Takumi and Yuna in this episode but by the end that trust is also called into question. These episodes keep getting better and better.

This is a pretty cool drama so far. The first episode is an hour and a half long but so worth it. Already the plot is incredibly suspenseful and intriguing. The love story already glimmering under the surface. The language barrier of the two leads enticing and cute. The seething underbelly of the lead male's undercover world is dark and ominous. Loving this!
But OMO!!! The subs are bad. If this drama wasn't so awesome... But I am sticking with it!

After the red herrings, reveals and suspense of episodes 1 and 2 I expected this episode to be more subdued and a set up for episodes and additional plot development. I wasn't really "disappointed" with anything in this episode but I wasn't wowed by it either. I can see glimmers of what is to come and questions have come up that I want answers to!
How I judge this series will be in how those questions are answered... I want clever writing, suspenseful plot twists and hmmmm...is there a glimmer of romance brewing? I don't know. I do wish that I could see a little of the old Gi Young's smart/flippant charm behind Woo Hyuns face though...

What in the Blue Blazes is going on!? OMO! When this episode started out I thought it was going to center around Takumi and his friend in the Shin Ku. I can't remember his name...I will call him 'Fro Hair or... "Why are you calling this man Oppa...You should be calling him Hyung" ...anyway... boy was it ever NOT really about him at all. And now I have to go to sleep and stew all night because everything is turned on it's ear! My Takumi and Yuna!? Dang this show is so juicy good!

Now that everything is flipped on it's ear it's time to adjust to exactly who is who in this drama. Everyone is playing their part so well that when the flip came for several characters I was as shocked as they were! One scene in particular: the acting, the setting, the literal space between them symbolizing their emotional, moral and "situational" divide, was so well executed it moved me to tears. It made the episode! And the ending! OMO!
