It just annoys me how frequently they keep casting so many flower boy men who look like children for my fav actresses, making it impossible to enjoy many romantic kdramas these days. 😅
Have to watch older ones or limit my watching to the romance kdramas featuring 30s-40s men I do find attractive. 😅

Also now that Kim Woo Bin is older, he's actually quite attractive since he's no longer too boyish looking,
Lee Min Ho maybe not the best actor, but surprises me sometimes and can act DEPENDING ON THE ROLE, and he's at least manly and attractive unlike Cha Eun Woo, Nam Joo Hyuk, Song Kang etc. who look like children....

Also why do you need a popular actor next to SHK anyway, the woman is one of the most popular actresses and can carry the drama with her massive popularity alone!

Also a few k actors in 40s are still attractive, like Gang Dong Won, Go Soo and Kim Nam Gil when he's styled right. Any of them could work with SHK....

that's what I mean, it happens like 90% of kdrama for this genre, or at the least most cast are always men...so tired of it...

Ok so we may disagree about who exactly would make a good lead a bit,
I also don't like Ju Ji Hoon very much nowdays , he aged in that very unacttractive way where one both becomes too thin in the face (his face was rounder when younger) and more cold-looking/too cynical and lacking energy/fun of youth.
Actualky why you say Choi Jin Hyuk's eyes are too close they literary aren't but Yu Ji Hoon's eyes actually are..Just put their pics sid e y side, don't be biased...You need to watch CJH actually act.

Look around and read the news once in a while, people who commit horrible acts go to jail only for a couple of years all the time or go free, most sexual assaults not even reaching reported stage etc. Some countries make even mild self-defense illegal, and it's against the law to even lock an intruder into a room or carry even basic self defense items like pepper spray....
Also, in some countries people of color wrongfully get accused of crimes by racists...

You are a typical blind and stupid sheep to trust in ANY judicial system, much less the korean one where rapists go free but drug users get prosecuted....A country the rich go free & law targets only the poor.

As for bullying, people do absolutely nothing and it's not even illegal. Some causes even the victims to commited suicide, yet people still make excuses for it and keep siding with the bullies/abusers because they have power that people want to align themselves with.

I'm saying this as someone living in a country with one of the fairest, least corrupt judicial systems in the world....I still wouldn't trust them, here they still give 2-3 year sentences to serial rapists😓...

The point of a judicial system is to be there to scare people off from commiting more crime/for people's safety. However, the ability of a judicial system to get proper/fair punishments are often limited.

This is really THE MAIN PROBLEM with kdrama noona romances (sometimes even same age) - they cast someone completely unmanly. 😅

I get in korea they like less manly men, but if they want more i fame they should cast according to our tastes too and cast more manly leads.
....or at least compromise with semi-manly lead.😅

Jung Hae In is someone both manly and soft, but can really nail the noona romance despite not being suepr manly but only somewhat, but then again both Han Ji Min and Son Ye Jin give soft vibes too like him so it worked. (Though honestly he did look a little odd with SYJ, but it still worked thanks to good directing+acting).
When he's cast with someoen who gives same fluffy soft dreamy vibes just like Jung Hae In like Han Ji Min does, it doesn't look odd at all, and him being 6 years younger than her not visible at all.

I mention Han Ji Min, cause Cause SOng Hye Kyo gives way more Tough Woman vibes than Han Ji Min, and as such needs a more Manly ML.
Hyekyo's vibes alone, make the manliness EVEN MORE important than with other actresses in noona-rom.

I suggest the k actor who has Peak manliness: Choi Jin Hyuk 😍, right?!?

or Wi Ha Joon or Ji Chang Wook.

Even Lee Min Ho who isn't the best actor is at least manly, unlike many of these flower boys cast as ML these days. I'd take him as ML any day over the likes of Song Kang or the other superpopular leads nowadays😅
