I think, and maybe hear me out, you're projecting your anger/annoyance at the negative takes on Eiw. Because nothing I said implied any of the conclusions you've drawn. It's overkill. So maybe consider that when you see other unfavourable comments about the character. Or ignore and post all the positive comments you want. That's actually less stressful in the long run. ( And I'm not being snarky at all.)

Right now, I find the character annoying. I'm allowed to vent my frustration about an annoying character. I save my hate for well-written villains. You're right though. It'll probably be easier to wait till the drama is complete and watch it in one go.

What is Eiw's character supposed to be? Because I can't place my finger on it. Cake is clearly a teenage boy doing teenage things and Eiw is his shadow? A whiny, gloomy shadow at that.

"...took Amagi again." Amagi and his friends crack me up. Still the cutest thing I'm watching right now.

I was just thinking, "ugh someone needs to smack Rain upside the head" and the very next scene he's getting smacked downside the butt. It was oddly satisfying even as I acknowledged how weird it was.

My mood for this series is Phayu in jeans. Everything else is incidental.

Watching clips on YT has me back here to say this drama will always be close to my heart. Time for a re-watch.

Not even mad at this series. If the goal is for nothing to happen, except the same things happening over and over, it's fulfilling its purpose.

What I thought was this drama's weakness at the beginning has become its biggest strength and my favourite thing about it. The comedy is 10/10 and ties everything together. There's a power-sucking barrier that could potentially kill all the mages and I'm laughing at Go Won needing a bigger stone.

I hope we get some proper fight scenes with Naksu. Against Master Lee would be totally dope.

The keyword for this is cute. I particularly like the dialogue and chemistry between Amagi and his friends. It really felt like I was watching teenagers be teenagers. Looking forward to ep 2.

Went into this prepared for all the stereotypes and tropes and ended up really enjoying it as a light-hearted watch. Quite funny once you remember it was made in 2010 and can overlook some of the nonsense.

There's been this pattern with her work where the second couple dynamic is less problematic and feels like someone else wrote it. That's what I was referring to. (Plus I'm not discounting the fact that writers use ghostwriters and that might be the case here. Hoping.)

That inner monologue threw me off a lot. It was cute the first time but it never stops. Phayu is an ass but excuses because he's the handsome lead in a BL and in BLs non-consent is sexy (not). For a minute there though I wondered if I was missing something but then I saw it was Mame and everything fell into place. How does this person never do anything different? Hopefully, the second couple is written by someone else and we get to see some wholesome, not-too-tropey romance.

I cheered so loud, Lol. Love this drama to bits and I'll be rewatching parts of it in the coming weeks.

Park Eun Bin as WYW totally rocked. And it's not just how she portrayed a character on the spectrum. It's how that character has a strong personality beyond being neurodivergent. I love the mostly positive spin of the drama. Life is hard and unfair and sometimes that reality is expected in fiction. But I think with this drama, WYW living a relatively charmed life was just what it needed.

As to the weaknesses of the drama, there are enough people in the comments thrashing that out. This comment is a 100%, 10/10 about how awesome this drama is. Let the people who don't like it be objective and whatnot.

This made me laugh really hard. Haven't seen ep 7 yet but I imagine the leads are basically doing more of the same. At this point, Kim reacting to anything like a normal human being will be plot development. Was the performance before or after the game? Not like it makes a difference. It's still ridiculous.

Noh is 70% of the reason I'm watching this series. He oozes sexy and he's not even trying.

Finally watched the last episode of this drama after putting it off for months. It felt like reconnecting with an old lover. As far as character-driven dramas go, this is a hit for me. There is no redemption here. And for that I'm grateful.

There is no indifference here. You either really like it or really dislike it.

These blokes are not desperate enough for my liking. How are they so relaxed making a movie when their entire lives have been upended? It's only been a few weeks. Should take at least a year to achieve this much zen about their situation.

I'd have enjoyed another 10 episodes of Mark and Vee being angsty and sharing deep looks, easy. Worth the watch.

Ep 2 feels like a series of flashbacks that are somehow supposed to be consecutive events. A part of me gets what they're going for but they're leaving way too much to the viewers to figure out.

Very skippable for now. The dialogue is kinda weird though that could be from the translations. Can Ohm get a part where he isn't gloomy/brooding? I guess the apples falling are this BL's version of the uke tripping. At this rate Sun will die from food poisoning.
