I think she already fell hard on him. Her emotional confusion blurred the line between which sides should Li Ni be, Zhenxi or hers.

She knows Zhenxi army got no business saving the Cui army but the fact that they did come when things mostly over, she knew Li Ni already foresee this attack, so she venting her self blame for her bro's death on Li Ni. If Li Ni is not important to her, she would have brushed off it as their defeat, but the fact that she threw her grief on Li Ni looks like she's fallen deeper for him. That blurred the line between Cui and Zhenxi in her mind.
