Fl is forced to marry emperor under the threat to her family. She loves the prince ML but has to put on the show for which ML hates her. He has a bimbo lover (his own father's concubine) and that lover (after the emperor dies and prince takes the throne) wants to take over not only harem but the prince. Bimbo swaps bodies with the FL (knowing that prince still loves the FL even though he acts hatefully toward her) and the ML is now stuck with the woman who loves him in the body of a plaything and the hateful bimbo in the body of the woman that prince ML loves/hates.
