I'm glad that the entire team is assembled together to battle against the final villain. In so many of the other stories, most of the team was absent in the final fights and many of them never actually shared a scene with the villain.
There were no credits at the end (on Viki), except to thank Yoo Seon-ah for her special appearance. My guess is that Kim Jong Soo's character was the man in the car that handed instructions to Kim Do-gi. If that was his voice, they would be required to include him in the credits. I smell a set-up but I hope that Park Jae-wong isn't part of it.

I'm glad that it was Go-eun who was determined to find Do-gi. They care about each other more than anyone else. But I'm still miffed after the Season 2 hints that the two did indeed have a close bond ["deeper than family", according to Lee Je-hoon], they mocked it in Season 3, esp. Ep. 14. Ah well. . . . .
Based upon a handful of vague comments in the teaser (not to mention the location of the island in Ep. 13/14), I'm beginning to wonder if the bad guy is N. Korean? OR, a traitor supporting N. Korea?
I agree with you - Two episodes is not nearly enough time to investigate the "worst of the worst" villain AND provide meaningful revenge AND end with a satisfactory, non-rushed high note closure with the assembled Rainbow Crew.
I found out late that this is on Viki - I've watched about 1 1/2 eps and Ji Sung never fails to entertain. Couldn't figure out where/how I had seen Park Hee Soon, but I guess it was "Confidence Queen". What a difference.
Thus far, FL does not inspire. I hope the two leads don't form any sort of romance.
The character chart for this drama is crazy as F. I'm going to root for the "wife" - if her character is the same cardboard/frigid woman in 2025 as 2035, I'll be unhappy because her character is then meaningless.

I'm also rather disappointed. In Season 1&2, the villains did not perish at the hands of the Rainbow crew. Some may have died due to their stupidity, but not intentional by Rainbow Crew. Lee Ji Hoon promised a "darker" Season 3, but I didn't expect this.
Nevertheless, 4 of the villains in Ep. 14 were trying to kill Do-gi, so self-defense is always justifiable. And it was worth how the entire crew came together and scammed the villains. As for Writer Go? He seems so similar to Matsuda (Japan) - adjacent/callous towards murder but such a pitiful person. Matsuda lived, Writer Go did not. I would prefer a bit more consistency.
Main villain in Episode 13 & 14 was so good in acting. Definitely the best villain this season. Episode 14…
These were the best episodes of Season 3 because the team was together and scamming the villains. Each team member had an important, impactful job. Loved it.👏👏

SBS already dropping info regarding Episodes 15/16. Actress Jeon So Nee will play the role of Yoo Seon-ah, a direct subordinate of Do-gi in the special forces in the past. I'm surprised they aren't providing more info on Ep. 13/14 - definitely keeping a cloak over what's going to happen.
To refresh your memory, at the end of Season 2, there was a news report regarding "Sergeant First Class Hwang Ye Ri" who reported rape but later "committed suicide". Also at the end, Do-gi walked past Lieutenant Oh Mi-seo (?) played by actress Moon Chae-won.
I will never undestard the people who hate the idea of them being together...
I understand that people watch dramas for different reasons and for some, romance is a distraction. As for me, I watched Season 2 first and it was clear that SBS was pushing them as a potential couple. Then I watched Season 1 and better understood why long-time viewers didn't want them together because Go-eun was portrayed as barely out of childhood (clothing, popsicles, etc).
