The underlying dark theme in this drama is the ML's ongoing trauma from the accident - there are no clues or evidence that point to the uncle. The embezzlement (and 2nd "wife") will eventually reveal what happened 25 (?) years ago.

As for the 2nd leads - they are mere plot devices at this point. Looks like any real romance for them will be rushed in the last 10 minutes.

I HATED the business proposal drunken scene - but then I watched with my Westerner filter and it would have been date rape in our society. I loved the drunken scene in this drama - 5/5⭐'s

1st episode was fun but sixteen episodes??? That might be tough to juggle and maintain humor, romance and plot (corruption).

I watch this drama as a "Carnival of Absurdities". The title (Ms. Incognito) is supposed to be absurd nonsense. Everything (the villager, the step-daughter, the goons, even Yeong-ran's incompetent bodyguard persona) is absurd. That's the only way I can watch and be entertained.

I said the same thing at the very beginning. Seo Hyung Woo is a great actor (in fact, the main reason I put this on my watchlist) and his scenes with Yeong-Ran are lots of fun.

Like most dramas, we are at the "Calm Before The Storm" stage. In this drama, many storms on the horizon. But, like you, I FF'd thru quite a bit as well. Still enjoyable overall.

I don't mind the childhood connection, but "1st love" (and therefor rejected all others) and "unrequited" (believes he thinks she will hate him) ruins it for me.

The childhood connection in "Kiss Sixth Sense" and even "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim" was much better

I haven't criticized the show. I'll continue to subscribe to a VPN so the I can watch as soon as available. But lately I'm FF thru much of the main couple scenes because. . . . .the comedy is missing from this "rom-com".

If you are a Disney+ subscriber, then look into subscribing to a VPN and changing your country to something in Asia (NOT Korea). I always choose Hong Kong. I'm paying for a couple of months so that I can watch this drama and then I'll cancel.

She will abandon him when the police begin to close in on him (for the murders). And probably try to get at the $$in the Swiss banking account - but since it belongs to the company/Grandmama, hope she fails.

There would be no story/plot if not for him.

It would have helped if they had slipped in one little scene of him bringing his oversized clothes to the bathroom so that she could change after obviously vomiting all over her own clothes.

She redeemed herself by telling Grandmama that they were more like brother/sister.

I think doctor will redeem herself tomorrow when they meet up at Grandmama's house.

It's also clear that while he is 100% focused on Meri, the family company - the one that his grandmother built - is in major trouble. This has been telegraphed from the beginning and is the classic stuff of kdrama break-ups at the 3/4mark.

Episode 8 pre-release. No subs but you won't need them - very lovely scenes.

I 100% agree about the comedic scenes - that's where it became obvious that he was beginning to fall for her. And then all the small little things he did for the next morning! Chef's kiss.

I posted earlier that they were more entertaining than the un[non]relationship main couple.

Baek Sang Hyeon - trying to resist the chattering doctor, but he's falling for her against his will.

Highlight of the episode actually was when he told her off about people born on third base judging people just trying to make it to 1st base.
