I agree - and we viewers know all about the conspiracy (or, what the writers have disclosed thus far) so we have the advantage. They may be naive to trust Eun seong on a personal level (letting him move into the Queens compound), but their trust in him from a business perspective is more about greed/ambition (Hae-in wants her 1 trillion in sales; Seo-chul and his mother wants the resort).

As Advisor Grace once said - Mom is very suspicious of everyone - until you gain their trust. Grace has been with the family for 15 years, but I think when Hae-in returned to Korea 5 years ago and refused to marry via a matchmaker, Grace decided to cut her losses and she was easy to bribe. In fact, many things happened 5 years ago.

That's been the theory ever since he mentioned that they died right before he completed University - (back in episode 3). Very, very convenient. Also, in Ep. 3, he said he was adopted at the age of 13 - but today we discover he was 12 - so w/in a few months of killing the dog.

Sunday episodes are always higher than Saturday, correct? People are more likely sitting at home on a Sunday night than Saturday. (This is for the nielsen household ratings, doesn't take streaming (Korea or Netflix) into account.)

He wants her to live and he's willing to sacrifice his happiness for her. Heroic, but a bit too much noble idocy for my taste. Even so, loved ep. 7 and can't wait for Ep. 8.

In the back of my mind is the fact that Secretary Kim is reporting everything back to Grace and I think hyun Woo has figured that out.

I'm not saying they reconciled (romantically) but they know they are under attack by those who want to break them up. Or, that's my presumption. I'm really looking forward to this weekend - I think it's going to be on fire across the spectrum.

thank you ChoNa. it took me a bit to find the right formula for my browser, but finally located it. My poor seo ji-hoon - this is not a quality production and he deserves so much better. but that won' stop me from watching.

New pre-release for Episode 7 and it’s hilarious. Link is to an artificial dub in English; my rough translation was a bit different but the general impression is there – Cold Bitch Hae-in is back. And I can’t help but feel it is all for show to fool/confuse the villains – they (HHI and BHW) know that Hyun-woo is in someone’s crosshairs, so it would be natural to pretend to be completely estranged. Well, at a minimum, that's my wishful thinking. 😊💕😂😊💕😂

Agreed. The second poster ("Miracle") was also shot in Germany - the location was in their honeymoon but they are wearing different clothes (than in honeymoon snippet) so I think the "miracle" scene is much further into the drama.

I guess many viewers don't read the synopsis/summary of the drama.😊

Please tell me where you are watching this. Seo Ji Hoon is my 2nd favorite (after Yoo In Soo) and I was looking forward to watching his first "lead" role but cannot locate it.

About that divorce document. . . I’m still convinced that Hae-in saw it the night Hyun-woo crumpled it up and left it in her room.

Fromm the beginning, I was convinced that Hae-in had, in fact, seen the draft divorce agreement. Her conversations with Hyun Woo the following day were so strange. For instance, the next morning: “you must be in a good mood. . .even your skin looks better”.

But the main reason is this: We NEVER saw what happened to that document. Did she read it? Did Hyun-woo retrieve it before she saw it? The fact that we don’t know what happened to it means there are more flashbacks coming related to that night.

The document found in Episode 6 was crumpled, but it was also signed with Hyun-woo’s seal. But we never saw him sign it. Someone else (Eun Seung presumably) affixed the seal and THAT is why Hae-in is so upset – because the document she originally read was not sealed.

The cast promised lots of twists to come – this may be one of them. Even if I’m wrong, I can’t wait to find out the full story – there is more to that divorce document than we have seen thus far.

I finally watched Ep. 5 last night and came to MDL to read comments and did no one notice that Han Groo finally appeared?? So many viewers were excited for her return.

Not even close. His character in this drama is far more restrained - closer to this role in Alchemy of Souls.
