It is adapted from the same manga so, of course, the story is very similar. However, it is not exactly the same. They made lots of changes while staying faithful to the original material and they added a few more scenes from the manga that was not in the Japanese version (I'm talking about the business trip). I'm a fan of the Japanese version and I love this Thai version because it feels very different from the Japanese one. I really feel like I'm watching a totally different series (which is the case).

There's a problem with the live today... I don't think this is my connexion because it says "Live" but everytime I charge the page, I have the same scene from a TV show... and then the video stops. I can't see Cherry Magic Live today T_T

They were not a couple but he was the guy going after Gun in Puppy Honey 2 if you want to see them together as more than frenemies.

Oh. My. God... I thought I was the only one thinking that!! I mean, don't get me wrong, I like the ships (my favourites are Earth/Mix, Jimmy/Sea and Gemini/Forth) but what I like more is BL and if I see one of those actors with another pairing in a BL, I love it! For example, I adore Earth and I loved him in Waterboyy with New and in Theory of Love with White. Now that he found his ship with Mix, I don't think he's going to do a BL with another actor but I wouldn't mind! (even if I like him with Mix). The same goes for Tay that was kind of paired up with Joss (and Toptap) in 3 Will Be Free. I like when they can act with other actors because that proves their talent as actors and it's new and refreshing. Of course, I also like when they act with their ship once in a while.

I don't think this is a BL thing specifically. Chimon is just not good with romantic scenes as a whole (and kissing scenes especially). I've read a comment somewhere that said he was the same with his girl partners. So yeah, it was pretty obvious that Perth carried the whole romance plot. I even pitied him sometimes being the only one into the scene.

Ngl but I liked it a lot more than people seem to do. It was a nice story with really nice actors. My main problem was the two last episodes. First, we have Phupha that decides to confess his feelings without warning and in front of all Nan's coworkers. I felt like it was out of character as he was shown from the beginning of the show as an introvert and that's not what an introvert would do, especially if he's afraid to be rejected. Then, we don't even have the time to see them together that the grandma dies. And when everything's fine again, they're already living together. And again, drama with Nan having a work opportunity in China. I felt like it was too much drama in too little time and we didn't really have time to see them develop their relationship as a couple. It was like, before the confession, they are the best of best friends and, after the confession, they're already a married couple. I didn't quite like it as I like watching the development of the onscreen couples' relationship.
Apart from that, it was a nice series to watch and I spent a good time watching it.

I have to admit that I didn't expect to like this series that much because the first episode was a bit too cringe for me. I mean, watching fondly your boss (and your employee) sleeping after only a few hours knowing him was so uncomfortable to watch. But from episode 2, it really started to improve and I really liked the dynamic between the two characters. I, for once, didn't roll my eyes at all the clichés and tropes, which is a good thing, and even the miscommunication between the main leads didn't bother me that much. At least, it was justified and I really liked the angst because of it (it made me teary). Also, I liked that Shun Yu took the initiative to clear everything up between them once he understood that he was misanderstanding Shang Zhou's actions.
And the kiss at the very end... Wow!! I replayed it several times because it was so good!

It's true that I haven't seen a single comment talking about it and yet, it's a very disturbing thing in this drama! Maybe they are other things more important talking about for people but I needed to point that out as it is not the first time GMMTV tries to sell us a teacher-student couple. I even talked about it in my review for The Eclipse...

So... Like most of the people here, I think it was an ok drama, but it could have been way better if the runtime was longer. 30 minutes instead of 15 would have been enough to develop the relationship between the two main characters because I've felt that they never really spend genuine time together apart from work. So we don't really feel it when they confessed. By the way, the confession could have been done sooner instead of in the last 2 or 3 minutes before the end of the show... The acting was also not the best of K-BL dramaland but it was probably better than some Thai BL shows so I didn't quite mind it. I was mostly only bothered but the rushing of the plot.

I really liked the actors and the background music was beautiful but... I had difficulties to understand the story and a lot of scenes were boring to watch (nothing happening for a few minutes).

This was a pretty good series but the subtitles make it difficult to watch as you sometimes don't understand what is really happening, that's a shame... I really liked the concept of the dorms and I also really liked the actors. Sometimes, things can be a bit ridiculous but I'm used to it with Thai BL. I only had a problem with the editing. I felt like some scenes were missing parts for us to totally understand what was really happening. For example, I remember in episode 8 or 9 Ai being mad at Songkram for no apparent reason. Like, one scene they were working fine together and the other, Ai was ignoring his texts and calls and clearly rejected him but there was no explanation as to why he was acting this way. That was weird.
I kind of liked the very end as it is rare to see a BL couple ending up with a kid.

What annoys me the most with Chimon is that we can clearly see that he's not into it and that kind of forces me out of the whole relationship between Kang and Sailom. But I agree with you on this scene, even though his face was kind of stiff, it was well done overall. Perth helped a lot with that.

I agree 100% with what you said. I really loved the series but I felt that the debt plot was unecessary and also a bit too cliché for my taste. It brought me out of it a little.
Also, I think they went over some important details like the fact that they both live in the same building. I was suprised to see Phumjai going to Yang's flat late at night for Chinese lessons.
But overall, I really liked it. I think the chemistry between the two actors was phenomenal and they really acted like a couple, which is quite rare in Thai BLs...

I didn't expect to like this series that much as the rating is not that good. But it was a really good story with really good characters and actors. I recommend it!

I hope it is not a new trend because, even though, I'm used to it in Chinese dramas, I still prefer the original sound and voices of the scenes. But as you said, it's true that in some scenes, we could barely hear them so they probably had problems with the sound, which is a shame.
As for my favourite couple, it was also Saifah and Zon in the original version (that's why I hate it because they quickly become the secondary couple), but it is also Ji Ho and Yi Won in this version (and I'm happy they stayed at the center of the story - even though, I was sometimes scared because the focus was more on Sun Woo and Yu Gyeom in a few episodes).

I guessed he liked him for a long time but when he was asked by Yi Won since when he started liking him, he said he didn't know so I was a bit confused because it felt that it was not from the start (of the series). And I've always felt like he acted this way with Yi Won because he liked him. Also, I don't remember much the Thai version but didn't Saifah liked Zon from the very beginning?
For Sun Woo and Yu Gyeom, there was a lot of miscommunication and, even though it was nice at the beginning, I started feeling annoyed. Especially when, at the bus station, Sun Woo talked about Do Yeon and Yu Gyeom didn't clear things up when he clearly could have.
