Single parents never bring a kid into the picture till things get serious that is the rule. And she could have asked him when she found out . They are not even dating yet and he does not know that she is interested . You are right - she is a 27 yr old ADULT. She could have handled this better rather than showing that childish petulant behavior. And what she did at work with him was completely unprofessional. You just do not assume things about people just because you saw something once. If you are really interested in that person you would dig deeper and not behave this way also even if he has a kid - so what ? There is discrimination here

Yes agreed. I don’t know who is this patient in real life - especially men. Both ML and SML are putting up with too much. Childishness from these women . Especially the SML - he just needs to move on

For all practical purposes her relationship ended when the guy broke up with her via text . Even before that it did not look like it was going to last given the way he was treating her . But yes one would wonder if she has come out of that 8 year relationship completely to start one that is healthy

And the FL projected what ever the friend said and got drunk and spouts crap?I mean is this really adult behavior?

Yeah I was about to say. The FL’s friend is an annoying character . No one knows what she wants . Also her advice to the FL about the ML without knowing anything was ridiculous . If the FL follows that friend’s advice, she can remain single for life

All the FL had to do was ask him directly rather than all that evasion and assumptions. But I do blame that Kexin for this . LOL ! Gosh she is annoying. All that cold shouldering and the accusations were unnecessary. Also who takes a friend’s advice? The poor guy- I felt bad for him
