I’m not convinced about this series. I like the cast, but I’m not a fan of the direction so far. I’m reserving judgment until I’ve seen more 🙃

I’m watching this on Viu. I really enjoyed the first episode. Both leads have full agency, which I think is too rare in BL, which loves the knave in distress trope. I’m looking forward to the next episode. Is this based on a novel? If so is there an English translation available?

It’s not dumb. It’s helpful to those who haven’t seen it to get a range of opinions. Also, posting criticism doesn’t necessarily mean you hate a series. It means you feel the flaws should be discussed. I think if only people who don’t criticuse a series posted the comments wouldn’t be worth reading for many of us, who want to know both the good and the bad.

He is mediocre from where I’m sitting. that means aversge, or as good as most people. It doesn’t mean bad 🙃

Trite, inconsistent, horribly written, and mostly badly acted. It’s not bad enough to be good, either 😆

I got the feeling he was testing him. pushing him to see what kind of person he was.

She’s delightful. I like her relationship with K.

Complaints come from people’s opinions of the series. They’re as legitimate as your own opinions. If you don’t want to read people’s actual opinions don’t read reviews or comments, because that’s where people share them. You can’t expect everyone to feel the same way about a given series. Not agreeing with you isn’t the basis for reasonable complaint.

Mediocre. He can execute the moves, but you can tell it comes from hard work, rather than naturally. There’s not the fluency that comes from innate skill.

What does Q mean? In the games industry it signifies which quarter of the year a title is due, so in this context it’s confusing.

This goes further into the realms of absurdity, and the direction gets worse. When a road crossing accident in the first few minutes is the high point it’s unfortunate.

Yeah, not for me personally, but yeah. You couldn’t pay me enough to wear it, but if it has that effect for other survivors it makes sense.
