It’s because he’s severed or blocked,the connection after he caught her stealing. I think, though that you can’t feel physical pain through the heart connection, but you can feel emotional pain so I think he’d be more likely if he hadn’t blocked it to feel her pain at losing 27.

To be fair, I think that when they were talking to the beach, she was attempting to tell him. It’s not her fault that he didn’t take her seriously and the moment was lost.. Also we know that he’s dying, but she doesn’t.

Because that is huge, political implications, also when it’s been drilled into to keep a secret since birth, even if you develop some feelings for someone if you’ve only been around them for a month, you’re not gonna divulge your deepest, darkest secrets. Having grown-up in an abusive and stressful environment, like the palace where there’s a constant risk of being overheard, you learn to keep things to yourself. Also, the reality is only two people knew who she was under the disguise 27 and her mother. Even her Master didn’t know until he went to visit her at Ji Bo Zai house and then that’s when hand ended up amending that he always knew even though she never told him.

Interesting. I think that’s part of the problem now is the the writing team did a better job get back and so people are always like empathizing with him about how horrible he had it and how sincere and honest he was in his feelings towards her. Then they’re angry at her for always lying and don’t have as much understanding and empathy for her motivations. I just personally think they did a really good job of showing two people who grew up with extremely abusive backgrounds, and how that affects their behaviors.

I think the problem was that they had to rewrite his character from the novel because in the novel he’s a true womanizer. Apparently he’s a bit of a jerk looks down on women, even after starting a relationship with the female lead is having multiple relationships and affairs. And I think someone said he even admits later when they’ve been together a while that he’s actually married And he was married for political reasons, but never consummated the relationship. I think what’s awesome though is the female lead looking that he has his harem, and doesn’t stand for it thinking it’s deeply unfair and starts collecting her own harem even though I don’t think she has intimate relationships with any of them think that’s definitely for thinking and progressive lol. Of course they can’t have a mail lead showing these kind of behaviours so they have to adjust the way he’s written

Yes, I’m currently only watching one other drama, a Thai boys, love drama, but episode 11 air today and the last episode is next Saturday so I’m so glad this show is starting so I don’t go crazy waiting for episodes with nothing else to watch lol
