So in today’s episode we’ll see her being captured and tortured and I’m having the soul seizing spell placed on her. Someone commented to me earlier that she’s actually at the transcendence level, which is only the second level down from having the highest cultivation level so the soul seizing spell probably won’t kill her the way it killed his master.
The only question that he asks her is if she had any sincerity towards his feelings and because it forces you to tell the truth, as well as bringing out your inner demon. She ends up admitting that yes her feelings are sincere. He doesn’t end up asking or anything else which although I respect I find also disappointing because this would be a perfect opportunity for him to find the truth out since she doesn’t really have a choice. Then once the spell passes in the next episode, you see her planning to steal it again she basically comments to 27 that love means nothing if you’re dead and she thinks it’ll be better if he hates her cause it’ll be easier for him to forget about her. I personally think she’s just in denial and that she’s not actually going to steal it, she just keeps telling herself that lol.
