So I am still working my way through episode 13 and I am even more convinced than before that JBZ had figured…
I think to be honest, they probably dumb down his character for the drama because from spoilers I wrote of the novel he was a lot smarter more distressful and a lot more cautious. Then again he was also a complete womanizer and cheated on the female lead multiple times with other women Not even disclosing to the female lead after being in a relationship with her for quite some time that he was married and in a political match.
I will admit I feel like that. They did such a great job showing things from the mail Leads perspective. with his traumatic background and everything he went through.. so we see is more empathetic figure. For while we haven’t seen much of a female in the background at all.
Everyone should stop fighting✋🏻 FL didn't tell the truth because she doesn't trust ML and she has her pride(from…
That’s the thing everybody is different. Nobody is gonna handle things or trauma the same way. I like it because humans are complex beings, they react to their environments in different ways. We think the female age should act one way because as the viewer we can see everything happening around her. But she’s in the situation so she doesn’t have an omniscient view.
So basically, she doesn't really trust him. And she insists on stealing the GMD, because asking for it or sharing…
I didn’t take it this way. I took it to mean that she grew up in a place (the palace) where you could never trust anyone. Even those that were closest to you. If you think about it her mother the empress only cared about her as long as she was smarter, faster, and stronger than anyone else and the minute she showed the slightest weakness she was cast aside. So I think she also has trust and abandonment issues. She’s had no one that she can rely on other than 27 her entire life even though she and JZB have been together through many difficult situations now it still hasn’t really been that long. I don’t think only like a month or so. Someone who’s gone through trauma is going to be extra guarded and it’s gonna take them longer to drop their walls or barriers than someone who’s never gone through trauma. I know it hasn’t shown her trauma very well in the show, but having red spoilers from the novels rich the show is completely different from so far her life hadn’t been that great either.
I love this so far but i gotta say 1 thing i hate in these is how many times can they blame ML or FL in one damn…
It’s because they’ve done a really good job of showing things from the mail leads perspective and his awful life and traumatic upbringing. Which obviously explains why he is the way he is, but they haven’t done that for the female lead very well yet which I understand but maybe it’s cause I’ve read a lot of book spoilers, but I also can read between the lines and figure out that obviously her upbringing wasn’t as great as it should’ve been, even if she was living in the lap of luxury
I cant help but laugh every time I see long discussions arguing why mingyi is still not telling the truth to bozai…
Yes, if they didn’t have this drama, there wouldn’t be a story. I just argue because it drives me crazy that people are actually like dashing the female lead without trying to understand things from her perspective.
i Don't understand the whole conversation between JBZ & MY after he woke up in today's episode... graft spell…
I googled autograph spell was the reason why he could since it was Jingxi power was because Si Tu used a graph spell to borrow power from Jingxi Abyss in order to help MY free Buxia when her own power faltered
So something I’m curious about since we know he has to face his inner demons in order to find the other beasts and his greatest fear is abandonment. There was a scene somewhere where it shows the area where the antidote should’ve been burning and him telling her that she’s basically just like everybody else. So I’m wondering if that’s something that he has to face in refining his demons and not an actual event that’s going to happen. 😢
Idk if it's a plothole or anything but why does Ji Bozai believe that she's still Mingyi? They were able to cross…
He doesn’t believe she is Ming Yi anymore as he’s pretty certain that that name is an alias. Even though all the signs are there, he just hasn’t acknowledged who she actually is yet.
The same old trope of cdramas due to lack of creativity by screenwritees. They always go for this prolonged truth…
Like this is especially prevalent in these type of Dramas. Except for more recent ones like when Destiny brings the demon, moonlight mystique and the legend of Shen Li, every single Xianxia I’ve watched has a lack of communication which leads to misunderstandings
Although I know Google isn’t necessarily accurate and every time I Google something about the show or even Fated Hearts the information is always wrong lol. The Google says that she ultimately doesn’t betray him so here’s hoping.
wouldn't it be easier to just tell him straight up that she's poisoned and that she needs his golden thingy? like,…
Be honest, I think she’s so used to just keeping things to herself now that it’s just ingrained. Honestly, I think this is pretty sad if you think about it, it means that she never got the support as a child and always had to deal with things herself and keep things to herself.
I will admit I feel like that. They did such a great job showing things from the mail Leads perspective. with his traumatic background and everything he went through.. so we see is more empathetic figure. For while we haven’t seen much of a female in the background at all.
